    I emailed the company as you can see by the attached. The email address is no longer valid. Their website is no longer in existence. My right hearing aid stopped working and I wanted a replacement. After reading some of the comments, I think a class action suit is warranted.

    I returned my audious hearing aid well within the timeframe for the guaranteed refund. and they sent me an email confirming receipt in early February 2023. They stated it would take a week for the refund. It is July 28, 2023 and I have received nothing and heard nothing from them *************************

    I bought a pair of hearing aids from Audious on January 28, 2023 in the $177.00 with a protection plan of $19.97. They promised delivery in 2 weeks, the aids didnt arrive. This pattern continued as I e-mailed every few weeks. After 2 months I requested a cancellation of my order and a refund. At that point they no longer responded to my emails and I received no refund. I tried to get my money back through my credit card but they have a 60-day cut off for a cure.

    Online purchase Audious hearing aid set (2) on 03-16-23 with order # A102027. My USAA bank card ******* was immediately debited $206.97. The fact they charged me before shipping raised a red flag for me.On 03-20-23 I contacted Audious to tell them my concern about the charge before shipping.On 03-22-23, I received a reply from *** of Audious. He said that shipment was forthcoming and I would receive email confirmation and tracking information upon shipment.On 04-02-23 I emailed Audious directing them to cancel order # A102027 and refund $206.97 to my bank. I went online to see the BBB rating for Audious and read available reviews. The reviews were dismal and confirmed many, many complaints just like mine.On 04-02-23 I called USAA (*****) to dispute the charges and asked that they assist in getting my refund. ***** took my complaint and I filed a fraud complaint with the fraud department case #********.My account has not been credited as of 05-30-23. I have not received any communication from Audious on this matter.**************************** ********************************************************************* ************

    RA #s that were given to me so I could return their merchandise. I sent two boxes back #RMA ******** & RMA ********. Their merchandise was received by them on 3/6/23 and I have a copy of the email. My tracking # s were ********************** and **********************.on 3-10-23 I received and email that they had received the merchandise and would process in about 10 days. I have had no response from them since 3-16-23. However I have emailed them several times. Thank you for your attention in this matter. I think their address in is ********, **.

    purchase hearing aids on my Mastercard on 11/30/2022, They were returned 3/14/2023 as this was prioe to the 90 day guarantee athe company adknowledged same. The return NumberA95160 ********. Was in email and stated the refund will be $143,25. No response but the estimated refund is 143,25. There is no response In the past 60 days and my refund has not been sent. The company does not respond.
