            The picture that I took is of my fingernail, which looked a lot worse the day that the incident happened. But unfortunately, I cannot find that picture. The first day that I asked for my nails to be done as acrylics. The first lady was a little that rough on my left hand, and which is my difficult hand that is partially paralyzed so not long after she did my nails it felt like that one finger hurt really bad. The finger that you see that has nothing on it. So that day when I got home, my finger was hurting and the nail place. that happened about the last Thursday of November so I believe it was November 30 at around 5:30 PM and I cannot go back the next day because I had a *************** infection and I infection so I had to wait till I got well enough to at least get it fixed. But unfortunately, the other lady that was working on my nails last Friday, 16 December 2022. I tried to explain to her and her boss that I only want it that one nail fixed but they assumed that I wanted a filling so they did my nails again and when they did my nails that one nail that was severely damaged was hurting so bad when my nails were being redone again. She did not care that she was causing me a lot of pain when she was redoing my nails. So I ended up paying a total of $97 which damaged my nail plus both times it caused me to bleed but more severely the second time to wear, the acrylic nail fell off and I only had about half of my ****** left. So I feel that ice should get a full refund and that I should not be charged $15 for the acrylics to be removed when they did the damage to my nail. The reason I know that they want to charge me $15 to remove the acrylics is because today December 22 at 9:30 AM. I called the nail place and I was told by the boss that I would be charged $15 for the acrylics to be removed.
