    I ordered 12 drives from the seller in two different shipments. One drive was never shipped. I contacted the seller about this but received no response until after PayPal refunded me money for the drive.In my second shipment, two drives were DOA upon arrival. While I ordered on Jan 30, the seller did not ship until Feb 16th. I did not receive the drives until Feb 22nd. I notified the seller on March 4th of the defective drives. I contacted support multiple times about these issues. The seller was non-responsive. I escalated this to Paypal. The seller stated in the PayPal dispute that this was past the 30-day window for returns. I could not return anything because the seller would not respond.It appears the seller is counting their delay in shipping and the shipping period into account with their ****** return window. I contacted the seller within 30-days of receipt of my product. The seller also has multiple ways to reach them, but only responds via the web chat.

    The customer is correct in that his return request was overlooked by our system. We are sending the customer replacement drives and fulfilling his cancelled order as a token of our appreciation for his patience with **.

    I placed an order from Convergence Group Inc through thier website BitDeals.tech on December 20th 2022. This order was for 8 3TB Hard Drives totaling $112. After placing my order I was immedialy charged and given an order comfirmation with an expected devivery date between January 4th and 6th. After not reciving any tracking information or updates by the 31steamiled their Customer support team listed on the website. I received no response and emailed again on January 4th. After this i attempted to call their Customer support line, but all options went staight to voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back but as of Jan 20th i have not received a response. After a few weeks of trying to get in contact with this buisness i found an alternate phone number on my credit card statement. Upon calling this number I was greeted by a gentleman claiming to be the owner of this company. He applogized for the delay listing numberous excuses inclueding a 3rd party company being responsible for support, and an alleged breakin at the company. He then promised me that my order was being packaged as we spoke, with 2 extra hard drives as compensation for the delay, and ensured I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. That was on the 15th and as of the 20th I do not have a tracking number and my order still shows as unfufilled. I understand that delays happen, but I am appaled at the total lack of comminucation and blatent lies from this company. On thier website they clearely state that all orders will be processed within 48 hours, all support tickets will be handled within 24 hours, and all products will be shipped no later than 10 days from procesing. It has been a month now and I have received nothing but empty promises and lies. They are refusing to handle my order or provide any sort of support, leading my to belive this company is nothing but a scam.
