    I purchased this product and have been attempting to sync the device with my phone so I can use it and it's not working. I've tried on multiple devices and noticed that it will not connect, I've reached out to the company which only communicates via email and yet to receive a resolution and I cannot use this product. I want a replacement that works and they are saying they cannot without receiving a video of me attempting to connect their defective product. How am I supposed to video myself with my device I'm using to record their product being defective. That's their responsibility to test their defective equipment. I want a replacement or a refund and all I'm receiving is the run around via email and I cannot even speak with a real person.

    I recently purchased the pivo tripod and remote.Well, the remote hasn't worked since I got it. The remote is not paring with the tripod. I tried all of the troubleshooting and have been in contact with customer service. I have sent emails back and forth for weeks and nothing has been done. I have waited long enough can you please fix this issue. Please send a new remote or refund.

    I purchased the pivo lite package at 139.98 originally on 5/22/22 but realized I needed the active version. I knew their would be a difference and a process but after reaching out to the company I was made to send pics of the item the box and force to take on the cost to send it back to do an exchange. After several messages and spending 13.95 to send just the pod portion back I got an email stating it would be an 80.00 bucks difference for the change in device. On there site there active version as a package is 209.98 so I'm a little confused on why the raised difference especially with going into this I never knew I would take on cost to exchange or if I wanted to return it would still cost me. I decided to exchange instead of doing a full refund, but with the days it took without being able to speak with a person, cost to send back and hassle this can't be okay.
