Azazie Dress Oh my goodness the dress is amazing. It fits perfectly and matched the measurements in the sizing chart. The fabric was beautiful with lace. It was well made with a sturdy zipper. It is such a nice dress that I am going to order another one. The response time was excellent and I had some inquiries that were immediately answered. The website is easy to use. I ordered a dress literally two months ahead of time and they never shipped the dress. Never even sent me an update until I complained. Shady business, steer clear.

Hello *****, it was an unfortunate situation that the carrier lost your package. At the time you reached out the delivery still showed and shows in transit. Unfortunately this was out of our control and I do see you were issued a full refund and did not request a replacement.Customer Response

I have had multiple great experiences with Azazie! I had not bought from them until this summer. I bought a try on box and the process was smooth and easy. I had a wide range of quality items to try on, and their partnership with Happy Returns made the return very easy. The dress quality shocked me for the price range. Once I chose my maid of honor outfit, I ordered a custom sized dress and received it. It exceeded all of my expectations. The website is easy to navigate, the customer service is top-tier, and their products are true to quality. Because of this, I have sent my own bridesmaids to Azazie for their bridesmaids dresses plus accessories.Azazie Response

I love the wide range of options for the dresses! I was able to choose 4 I loved to try on. The color and material were great quality. My only issue was the sizing seemed off from my measurements but the company was able to assist with this. I would recommend for bridesmaids dresses. Just give yourself extra time if you need to return for wrong fit.Azazie Response
