    ****** used this delivery service to deliver a washer and dryer. Worst service ever! The first team chipped our tile due to pushing the dryer against a bare floor and incompetence. But ******************************* , the contact person, was a liar and denied the claim and said they used a blanket. So they denied the claim and I am appalled and furious. Why force me to get multiple estimates and waste my time tracking down people to find out whats happening. They ruined our floor!! And they know it! They forget that ****** has recorded lines and that I called multiple times and complained about the damage to our floor. Dont ever use this company!! They will damage your home and lie about it.

    Delivered furniture to our home from ****** on several occasions. Never did they lay down any protective cloths or tarps on our carpet and the delivery guys did not remove or cover their shoes. Furniture left stains on our carpets. Submitted a claim and Home Delivery Link claimed I signed a waiver, which I told them I never recalled signing, yet they proceeded to close the claim without further investigation. Opened a second claim for additional damage to our carpet and was contacted on September 21 by a representative to provide more details on the claim and she told us she would then have it closed in the next day. I submitted the details and had to follow up multiple times because the representative I was communicating with would not give me any more information. I was finally told I would be getting $200 for the damages. Still trying to determine when that claim will be paid out. It's now October 12 and this is still ongoing and my carpet has been damaged since August. I have no idea why it should take 3+ weeks to close and pay out a $200 claim. Absolutely ridiculous and the representatives take forever to respond to emails. I should not have to chase people to respond to my email for damage that your company did to my property.

    Awful, Do not ****************** setup and installed a treadmill for me purchased from Costco.The hastily assembled it and ran out the door without even checking that it worked. when I went to use it my circuit breaker tripped and I found the belt motor belt in 5 pieces crammed under plastic covers. I had them bring me another one and found upon removal that they put a massive ***** in my hardwood floor during assembly. I filed a claim but they refused to to take responsibility for it (called me a liar). Now I am left with a **** to pay on top of waiting for my product for three weeks. I really can't describe how unhappy I am with this experience. Speed seems to be their only objective, quality of work and other peoples property does not seem to matter to them.

    On 12/16/2021, I was sitting in my living room and saw a large delivery truck parked in front of my house. The driver got out of his truck and walked around the truck like he was inspecting it and also looked at my mother's small *** that was parked in my swale. He got back in the truck and drove off. I didn't realize that he had hit my mother's car and was inspecting for damages until later that day when I left to drop my son to work and noticed that my mother's bumper and tail light were severely damaged and there were tire marks leading up to where her *** rested looking like the *** was pushed from where it was originally parked which is closer to my driveway. I called the police to file a police report for hit and run and spoke to my other neighbor across from me who let me know that the neighbor to the south of my house had a mattress delivered to her from ******* I let the officer know that it was a ****** delivery truck that hit my mom's car and the officer told me that my case would be opened and closed because there was no suspect. I called ****** to report the incident and was immediately offered a settlement of $200, and then $500 and finally $1000 to cover the damages without any investigation, inspection, or estimates to my mom's car. When I refused the offer because I needed to get estimates first, I was told that a case was opened and that I would hear back from a manager the next business day. When I didn't hear anything after two days, I called ****** back and spoke to someone else who told me that a case was never opened and that they would take care of it for me and I was given the contact information for the warehouse manager. I was instructed to contact them because ****** subcontracted the delivery to a company called HOME DELIVERY LINK in *****. I contacted *************************** by phone and email and sent him pictures of the accident, and my police report number on 12/20/2021.
