    I leased my vehicle with the care by volvo package. The package includes tire repairs as advertised on Volvo. I took my xc90 in for repair on 02/01 for a tire repair. The sevice attendant did not know what care by volvo was and insisted on charging for the repair. The service manager was contacted and stated they would call back with a resolution and never did.

    My complaint is the service department did not properly diagnose/repair an issue of water leaking into the cabin. A timeline:6/6/2019 - WO ****** - Following heavy rains, found water in the cabin. SOS On call button showing ********* light. Brought in for service. Work order notes: ON CALL KEYPAD DAMAGED DUE TO WATER LEAK DISCLOSED (BY CUSTOMER), PERFORMED LEAK TEST - NO WATER LEAKING..."2/4/2021 - WO ****** - Following heavy rains, found water in the cabin - but no 'electronics' problems. Diagnosis indicates drain plugged, 'Repair roof drain and sound traps' - estimate is $1600. Was told that it would not be covered under the warranty I purchased from the dealer. CPO? I declined because they suggested this is a regular -out of pocket- expense for the S90 like regular cleaning of gutters on your house - that the car will leak water into the cabin if you don't pay $1600 'upkeep' at regular intervals. I sought to get a 2nd opinion but was unable to arrange at the time. 1/17/2023 - Following very heavy rains in early January, found water in the cabin. SOS ******* ********* light, non-functional rearview camera, non-functioning audio system (including turn blinkers and other system sounds), perhaps other issues?? I paid for a diagnostic.1/19/2023 - Service rep sends me a video confirming the leak and pictures of damaged components. In the following days and *************** Manager escalated to 'Factory Rep?'. They said 'no' to covering the repairs.- Repair estimate is approx $10,000 - I was asked if I would be ok with them working with my insurance to file an 'Act of God' claim. I said yes if there is no additional costs/premium hike to me.- On 2/8/2023 I was told their rep is 'not opposed to' a discounted repair rate.My issue, in summary, is that I believe the work done on 6/6/2019 was incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect based on the video from 1/19/2023. I want the leak(s) and damaged component(s) from the leak(s) to be repaired/replaced.
