    In the last four years, I’ve had some successful business interactions with this company. However, apparently something has happened, and they are no longer functioning.. I wonder if the principal owner is dead or incapacitated. The company does not appear to be functioning and fulfilling orders.. Several months ago, I ordered a chain replacement and my order was never fulfilled. There was no response to repeated emails and voicemails.

    This company is terrible!!! I ordered a bracelet a month ago, never received it, although I did receive a text asking how the product was. I have left voicemail after voicemail, emails, messages on Facebook and no response!!! I am putting a dispute in with my credit card company for a refund. It’s disappointing as this was a gift for my husband for Father’s Day and he would’ve loved it. Stay away from this company!

    Worst company and customer service ever! Placed an order two weeks ago and tried to follow up with them via email and tried to call and left a voice mail but with no luck! No response until know regarding my order. I don't recommend them to anyone

    This might be one of the worst customer service companies in the US! They take your money , don't answer e-mails or calls, don't deliver on their promises ( paid $20 extra to ship and 9 days later STILL hasn't shipped ) Safe to say SDL will never get another penny from me!

    I placed an online order. The website indicated the item was in stock and ready to ship within 48 hours (in big, bold letters). I selected regular shipping of up to 14 days. three weeks later my item hasn't arrived. I emailed customer service regarding the item and received no response. Called and got an automated response that customer service was "out for training." Eventually with no order received and no response to my inquires i had to request a chargeback for the cost via my credit card company. They have a nice website but it doesn't appear to be to be a legitimate company, BUYER BEWARE!

    I ordered a ready-to-ship bracelet and paid extra for 2-5 days delivery since it was an anniversary gift. Nine days later, no bracelet and no response to my repeated calls and emails. Finally they refund the shipping fee and let me know that the bracelet will be shipped in the coming days. Customer service is abysmal and they failed to meet their commitment to the customer when I placed the order. Their response to emails and calls was very dry and truly uncaring. And ultimately, they are unable to provide the goods that you pay for.
