I purchased radio antenna from Diamond Antenna, a subsidiary of RF Parts Company, in November 2021 which came with a 12 month warranty. I have been trying to obtain warranty service from them for 3 weeks and have not gotten anywhere. They do not answer the phone, return voicemails, or respond to emails. After finding a different contact number I was able to escalate and received a single phone call back, where the person stated they knew the problem and how to repair it, and asked that I email them back to get an RMA #; however, they have not responded after I've done that, and I have no other way to contact them. I've reached out to them multiple times via all contact methods listed, and they simply do not respond. I would be happy with either a repair or exchange of the part in question.

The response from the company makes no sense, as it has absolutely nothing to do with my situation. I think they may have been responding to something else? They mention a city permit, work starting on a project, and some sort of job site inspection?
All I want is my faulty antenna replaced under their warranty.
That being said, I was contacted by ****** from RF parts today who told me they are shipping me a new antenna when their expected shipment comes in, and that I should have that by the first week of October. I told her that once the new antenna arrived I would close this complaint.
