    Made an inquiry online. Was mislead that they provide loans and now Im getting several calls from a bunch of different companies. Asked to be immediately removed from the call list. They refuse to remove me and stated I have to mail a letter requesting this. Explained I am on the do not call registry and they still wont remove me. Asked for the address and they would not give it to me. All I want is to be removed from their lists indefinately

    lied to me and told me i was approved for a loan with a lender but the lender was just a marketplace the did not get me any loan and took all my private information which I gave to them because amone stated they got me a loan with a provider. They lied to me and tricked me into providing all info to a marketplace not a lender.

    AmOne called me to inquire about offering me a loan. After I asked more questions, they admitted that they do not offer loans directly but only pass on my information to other lenders. I had gone online to seek a consolidation loan, but the interest rates were very high. AmOne **** kept trying to get personal info from me and I finally said, no Thank you and hung up.

    AmOne has been spamming my mobile number with texts, calls, and voicemails since around January of this year, 2024 with references to a personal loan, applied for by someone named *********, (my name is not *********). I have never contacted AmOne for a loan or for any legitimate business reason, other than to tell them multiple times that I am not *********, I have never applied for any loans with them, and to please stop contacting me. As of today, 09/21/2024 AmOne is still contacting my mobile number asking to talk to ********* about a loan. I want them to stop doing this and remove my number from their accounts.

    I found out today that my credit score declined by 35 points to 637 on June 14, a poor rating. In the previous rating period ending June 4, it had risen 7 points to 672, which is a fair rating. I am trying to discover what would have caused this, since I have not had any unusual credit events this month. The only thing it could be is that I called AmONE, a private loan broker, on June 4 to inquire about a relocation loan. I recently was offered a high-paying job, which would enable me to pay off my credit card debt, but it requires me to move to the other side of the USA in order to take it. AmONE rejected my request and instead referred me to a credit repair scam ("The Credit Pros") that wanted to charge me $150 a month and offered me a $5000 credit line to finance their services!!! AmONE intentionally wrecks the credit ratings of financially vulnerable people in order to force them to use the dubious services of their credit-repair partners. They caused a **************** my rating (which I have never experienced before) at the very time that I need a solid credit rating to secure housing in the new job location. I want AmONE to take action to (1) warn customers that merely inquiring with them about using their and their partners' services can have an adverse effect on their credit rating, and (2) take action to restore my credit rating to the June 4th level. This has caused me material harm, and my next step will be to inquire about legal action. I need the BBB to take action to prevent this happening to other people as well as to press AmONE to restore my credit rating to the rating I had before talking with them (672). This is absolutely outrageous and something must be done about it!

    Were sorry for the trouble you have experienced. Our process at AmONE only involves a soft credit check, however, which has no impact on your credit score. This is necessary in order to attempt to match you to a prequalified offer with one of the lenders in our network. Keep in mind that we dont approve or deny requests, rather, just handle the matching process. The Credit Pros is a legitimate credit repair service. Like any other business,there is a fee for their service, however it is minimal in most cases compared to the value they provide in repairing credit. Their process also only includes a soft credit pull if you decide to move forward with their service. Were sorry to hear of the drop in your score, however, it does not appear that this was caused by any interaction you had with our company.

    Company running your credit report without consent using Equifax as a cover in advertising company misleading in obtaining your information. Received multiple rejections from loan companies because I keep my credit profiles locked for these reasons. They are not to be trusted do not use they pass you off to shady lenders trying to use your identity and credit information bogusly I never gave them my ssn so how did they obtain the information to run through the loan companies Equifax and Amone are scamming because Equifax is advertising them. Do not trust using your information without ssn

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I never authorized them to run a credit report and solicit my information. The only reason I knew my credit was ran because of rejection letter. I have my credit files locked. For these reasons this company is working with Equifax and but deceitfully pawning your information to even shadier companies like 5k lending. My credit should not have been tried to pull. It just confirms the validity of those so called credit companies only taking advantage of people in situations and the BBB is rates them an A+. AmOne is just not who they are and are misleading customers. They ask for all this information and then a million spam calls and text selling off your info. Not satisfied and I wish Equifax take some blame because they support them. Equifax stills owes people for there data  breach but advocating for this company AmOne. Our credit information is not safe with these companies.

To date, there has been no completed loan fulfillment documentation or disbursement of funds in my account. January 31st, ****, you threatened to charge me $345.00 for canceling a proposed loan online. However, after reviewing the document I signed, I see nothing in the document that states there would be this charge for canceling the loan before any funds have been deposited. The only statement I saw regarding canceling the loan states in item #6. Very clearly stated, it specifies once the deposit is done.To date, there has been no finalization of this proposed loan, and no deposit has been made. Therefore, there should be no charge incurred since nothing has been finalized or funds deposited, and Im notifying you early in this process while still talking with you about what is necessary.I cannot meet any of the conditions for securing this loan, so I am forced to cancel the application before anything has been finalized and funds have been deposited. I believe you, AmOne, (LendingClub) are fraudulent and seeking to deceive those seeking honest financial help. The Better Business Bureau that serves *********, **. ***** has not accredited this business and customers only give one out of five on the review scale. AmOne has had eight complaints in the last 12 months.******************************************************************************************************* Please close my proposed loan request since nothing has been finalized or funds deposited, If you do not and charge me any type of amount just for talking with you, I will have to seek legal counsel and take actions against you, AmOne, and LendingClub. *** filed a complaint with the BBB of ********* and will continue to file complaints with the Office of the Attorney General, in addition to the ************************* If you still pressure me, I will seek the assistance of legal counsel against you.     Were sorry for the confusion, however, AmONE is not a lender,thus does not fund loans. We are a matching service provider that matches consumers with the best loan or other financial option for their situation.
    Upon reviewing your file, you spoke with one of our Specialists, ******, on 1/31. He transferred you to our partners at ************************ as a means to consolidate your debt. You did not move forward with this option, however. That was the only conversation he had with you on 1/31. ****** did not threaten to charge you for canceling a loan, again, since we are not a lender.

    Thank you for that information. We do have an application in our system under that phone #, however, the name doesn't match yours which is why we were unable to locate the application initially. Your AmONE Specialist, Tavan,  attempted to reach the individual listed on the application later on 12/6, however, received voicemail. He also sent several emails to that person as well.

    The partner he transferred to was ********************. The representive's name was ****. Feel free to reach out to him directly.
