I purchased a Tile tracker device on 9/30/24. The purchase came with a three month trial subscription to Tile Premium. This was automatically attached to my purchase; I dont recall it being clear at all that it meant I would subsequently be charged for Tile premium. Theee months later I received an email that my card had been charged for a year of tile premium. There was no advance warning (ie, to give me a chance to opt out of this service, which I do not want). When I complained to the company, I received an automated email saying that they are unable to offer refunds for Tile premium. I feel this entire process was deceptive as I was unaware I would ever be charged and I do not want this service. I think the company should offer me a refund for their surprise charge.

Contacted **********, which denies any problemm, and suggests getting a new debit card to prevent future charges. Is that the best we can do in *******?

On November 10th, I purchased a two pack of TIle stickers from ******. The first one was fine and is attached to a TV remote. The second was defective. I called contacted Tile and asked for help. They agreed to send a replacement which took about two weeks to arrive. The replacement also never made a noise when I attempted to activate it. I again did a chat with their customer service. They sent a second replacement sticker which arrived yesterday. This morning, I pressed the sticker which didnt make a noise. I reminded the representative that the sticker was sent in an envelope without packaging material to protect it in transit.I told the representative that this scenario is a joke and that I didnt want yet another replacement sent. Instead, I want my money back. I have both replacement Tiles in a return envelope to go back to them. I cant find the original defective one.I would like a prorated refund since one of the two Tiles is defective. They are not willing to do this.

TILE **** a company that discloses your information to law enforcement and will lie to your face and claim they did not.TILE **** send's police a list of deleted tiles, that the police can view on a map. SO BE CAREFUL if you delete tiles. EVEN after years after the battery is dead. if someone finds it and claims they found it on a car or whatever TILE will provide witness testimony at court to frame you. TILE **** will not comply with their privacy policy. and will not disclose that a search warrant for your information ever happened. TILE *** will provide witness testimony at court but will have no idea about the search warrant in discovery. but will lie for the prosecutors.TILE *** has a horrible legal department. they will NEVER respond to any request to find out what they disclosed about your account to the ***************************** **** will take screenshots of your chat logs, even altered chat logs to help the police.TILE **** will allow police to view all your tiles on a map, for years while you have no clue about it ever.TILE **** will disclose your information. and then have the police make a new warrant to act like it was at a different date to get you in trouble.TILE **** thinks they are law enforcement. but they are not. we the people need to get rid of TILE and find a better company that will at least do what their privacy policy states they will do TILE **** KEEPS your information WAY WAY longer than 90 days. TILE **** will lie for police even when the police screwed up when lying in the search warrant return. HOW can TILE *** email a search warrant return 2 weeks before it was signed by a judge?

I have used tiles for a few years and 2 recent ones I got died very quickly within about a year. I contacted customer service and they just said supposedly they were active during 2021. However I only bought them from amazon during 2023 and 2024. Very strange. And very annoying they died within about a year. One tile wallet and the other is a tile keys. I just want to return it and get a new one.

I have owned 6-8 tiles that I am currently using. I have owned 4 others that I didnt realize had unreplaceable batteries when I bought them that died years ago. I used to RAVE about them because they were so helpful to someone like me who loses things hourly. I even subscribed to their Premium plan which provided me periodic batteries to replace the old batteries for a tiny $3 a month. AND They reimbursed me for a lost wallet with no issue in a timely manner. Then Life360 acquired tile and everything good about tile ended. I Lost my keys last month Waited the six day period And then they told me that they were not going to send me the reimbursement. Wouldnt tell me why then I contacted Tile to see why I hadnt Sent me replacement batteries in a long time, only to find that they had ended that part of the service. So now I have all these tiles, that I dont want to pay six to $10 per battery for to make them work and Im out my keys with no hope of having any money to replace them with even though I pay $36 a year for this insurance. I feel like they snuck this Change through in a little casual email that probably 10% of their customers read. Its misleading. And now Im stuck with couple of hundred dollars worth of useless plastic. I feel like they need to be forced to Get back the service That encouraged most of their customers to purchase their products. I just read online via a Reddit thread, or actually multiple Reddit threads, that a lot of people will be deleting their service. You would think that this would affect them in someway shape or form.

Tile Slim Battery Failure and Inability to Track Stolen Vehicle. Dear Tile Customer Support,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my Tile Slim, which I had attached to my ***** Ruckus. Unfortunately, my scooter was stolen, and the Tile device has failed to perform its tracking function. Despite the promise of a 3-year battery life, the app indicates that the battery is critically low or dead, and it will not update the location of my stolen vehicle. This is extremely disappointing, as I relied on the Tile tracker for security and it has not lived up to its assurances. The device has not been in use for three years, and the premature battery failure is unacceptable.I request an immediate explanation and a resolution to this issue, as well as any possible assistance in recovering my stolen property.Sincerely,****

Tile has refused to provide a pre-paid return label, despite the issue being a mistake they made. One of their representatives told me if I bought new trackers, I would get 1 more year of premium. This was not true, but I was only told that the statement was false after I received the product. Now they want me to return the product to Tile while also paying the shipping cost for a mistake they made. I end up losing money over their negligence. I have started a dispute with them as they refuse to answer further through email.

Purchased the Premium plan for $99 which insures items up to $1,000. We lost a ******** key with a tile on it and the location never updated, went to ******** and got a new key for $967.39 and filed a claim. Never received a confirmation from their insurance partner ****** after they took the $99. In fact, ****** has no record of me. Tile is selling memberships supposedly tied to insurance polices that dont exist. Ive gone back and forth twice, both with Tile and ******, and the only solution Ive been given is to contact the other. As someone who has worked with insurance, this isnt legal to sell policies and have the consumer pick up the pieces when there are organizational infrastructure mishaps. I understand mistakes happen and companies can learn as they offer new product offerings, but this experience has been terrible. Ive wasted so much time on this already. Time that I dont have, I just want the claim reimbursed and Ill just steer clear of Tile products and their insurance partner ****** and tell my friends to do the same.
