Noticed an $7.99 charge on my account. Contacted chime twice the 2nd time they said it's already been refunded never received any money back. Keep in mind I've never even been to this website...today there is $15.99 charge on my new card because the old one had to be canceled. What is going on here??? And how were they able to ahold of my new.card??Review from Kelly R

I cancelled my subscription successfully back in 2022. I have discovered they are continuing to charge monthly after cancelation. I am requesting that the charges discount and a refund given . There has been no contact about the transactions via email. I have requested help via email. No answer.

Horrible - total scammers. Signed up over a year ago on a basic "free" membership and then deactivated my account. Got charged today!! Contact me immediately and reverse the charge!Education.com Response

I'm not sure this company is trying to defraud me into getting me social security benefits over 4,oo.00 a month I already know what I'm getting. This company is a scam company and pretty frightening as it has obtained my personal information without my consent. I believe there are many companies like this out there getting benefits to people who did not earn them by paying into the social security system idk how but I've had other companies calling me pretending they working with ssa the frightening thing is some ppl get these benefits by paying companies a fee to defraud the ssa system and how do they get your information **** is serious and a crime and should be investigated ?? ?? and taken serious and immediately ceased and stop with penalties for this type of action not just simply write a reviewReview from Patty B

Same story. We have been been trying to cancel after discovering the charges on our credit card. There is no phone number and they do not reply to our email. I had to cancel my credit card and claim fraud on the charges. Im hoping that takes care of it but would love to get our money back. Please let me know if anyone has a way of contacting the via phone or chat. Filling out their contact ** form clearly isnt workingReview from james E.

Last year tried to cancel my subscription and felt I was successful. This year my credit card was charged and I tried to contact them again regarding ending the subscription, but nothing was resolved. I asked my credit card to charge them back and they did. Education.com is challenging my charge back. The products were substandard compared to teachers pay teachers. Please do not use this company.Education.com Response
