My subscription to ****************** was renewed on July 24, 2024. On October 15, 2024, I received notification from them that premium subscription features would be canceled as of October 22, 2024, and I would receive a prorated refund as of the cancellation date. They further offered an alternate program, ******* with a 25% discount. When I attempted to use the link, it took me to a family plan rather than a teacher plan and wanted me to pay for each child separately. I had a teacher plan with ******************, and it would only make sense that they would be offering the same thing. When I was not able to get the teacher plan with the 25% discount as promised, I contacted them. They told me there were no discounts. When I insisted they requested a copy of the email and I forwarded it. The representative told me to use the link that was provided on the email and refused to further assist in resolving the problem. I explained that was only for family plans but that I had a teacher plan. The resolution I'm requesting is the 25% discount that was offered in the original email.

Teachers Pay teachers (under the umbrella of ************** is falsifying reviews. They are actively removing negative reviews in order bolster positive scores to encourage purchases. They are being untruthful when removing these negative reviews. In the evidence provided, the customer service team chose to remove the negative review because "a preview and description of the product are provided..." The "preview" is a thumbnail that does not show you all parts of the product. They also seem to believe that it is appropriate to remove reviews based on value (which mine clearly is based on the review included in the email). If this was in fact a company policy, all reviews that include value (including those that are positive in regards to value) should in fact be removed. By selectively removing reviews in this way they are giving prospective buyers an inaccurate view of the product in order to encourage customers to purchase said product. My review also offers a way to improve the product so that I change my review. Instead of making the change, the business chose to inaccurately argue that part of my suggestion does exist. According to them, this justifies removing the review. This is not the first time a negative review has been removed that I wrote, and all of them have been as neutral as this one (except I do not have the emails for the others).

Recently I signed up for IXL Learning online program for my daughter. After further research, I realized that this program did not suit our homeschooling needs. So I cancelled the account, and requested a refund. I recently checked my bank statement, and saw that I was refunded and then immediately charged again by IXL. I reached out via email to them today with a screen shot of the bank statement, and they responded telling me that I need to first formally dispute the charge with my financial institute. This is a huge inconvenience!

thur/jan/nine/2023... IXL is supposed to help with school, it doesnt, its too much to lose when you are at 90 points, you lose like 20 points. And you gt 2 points, they refuse to fix it despite the other review i saw also confirming this. it would be a very different story if they would just fix this small thing. me and other classmates have problems because it keeps telling us we are wrong even tho we got it right. its annoying to spend time on it because the problems make no sense, and the teacher cant even get it right.

Ixl learning offers teacher support through a service called education.com. This subscription can be paid monthly or annually. It can also be set up as auto-pay and auto-renew. I began a trial subscription in 2020. I was charged in 2021. After the charge in 2021, I followed the steps to cancel the subscription. I have been charged again in 2022. I would appreciate my subscription being cancelled plus a refund for the 2022 charges in the amount of $119.00.Thank you.

I signed up for IXL for my son in Oct 2018 For one month and cancel the membership so it would charge for one month. The activity for this service would have ended November 2018.I agreed to basic one month of charges for ****. IXL has charged me continues debit until May 22 2022 for ***** a month. I had no idea of charges to my bank and as IXL can validate theres been no activity on the membership since 2018. I reached out to them and was advised they would refund 13 charges of ***** claiming they are making an exception. I find there reply offending. Consumers please BE AWARE as this website have made the charges continuously on a credit card I no longer have as I since this membership began Ive had numerous credit card changes and they pushed the charges through each month some how as a debit which I did not authorize.
