    On August 23, I purchased a Shape Scale for over $10,000. It was processed through my credit card. I have received no email verification or any other forms of communication. When you call the customer service number, there is nobody that answers. Only a recording that says to text them and/or email them. I have texted numerous times and have sent emails, however I have not received any replies. I will be cancelling this order with my credit card if they don't respond by the end of the week but I thought by reporting them, it's possible I may get a response back. I realize this is unlikely given they have many poor ****** reviews and other customers in the same situation.

There was a typo in the email address you had entered when placing your order, which is why you hadn't received your email verification. We did also have a temporary shortage of units (hence the extended lead time), but we're glad we could get yours delivered eventually! And we can see that your ShapeScale unit is now being put to good use at your clinic :)

    The company has said this 3D body scan has been in pre order takes 6-8 weeks to get and its $199 a month which I paid and that has been since 2017 and me and other have not received this machine. I have called multi times and send emails no reply. Nobody will answer anyone they only state thats its in production and will Be ready soon. Something needs to be done a lot of people are out of money based on the reviews on their page and will not return emails or calls you can find all the complaints and issue on their FB page to comments from people and they wont reply I posted them below

    Hi ******! The original order you had placed in 2017 was the preorder campaign for our consumer models  which were still in development back then. We have now started fulfilling those, and we're progressively working through the backlog of preorders. The $199 monthly lease is for our ShapeScale for Business plan, which covers 100 monthly active users, unlimited warranty, software and hardware upgrades and special business app features. The lead time was indeed 6-8 weeks back when you placed your business order, and was delivered to you accordingly. We have also processed your refund, as you had decided to return your unit. We're sorry ShapeScale didn't quite work out for you, but thank you for giving it a go!
