    Do not buy from this company. I bought the Ecovacs Deebot T20 in November of 2023 for Christmas. By July or August it stopped dispensing water. They had me mail back the first one and took over a month to get the new one. The second one stopped working after 4 months which placed me over the warranty time for the first. They wouldn't do anything for me. They must know it is a defect in this model. There are other complaints online for this same problem.

    This is a terrible company. Their online ecovacs ca promotion luring people to shop directly their online shop can be a scam. I purchased T30s Pro on its online shop, the payment went thru and it prompted ordered has been processed. Then there is no order number nor any email confirmation of the purchase. I thought I need to sign up an Ecovacs account as I saw the instruction saying that I could check my order status through my Ecovacs account. I shouldn't find anything after opening the account except more push messages asking me to purchase. I sent an email to their customer service enquired about it. Received no reply till two days after. I thought it was because of the public holidays. The reply of the ** asking me for order number and the email address I used for purchase!! I was requesting the order number!! I suspect that it was an AI reply. I answered that email again but came back the same answer 3 times - asking me to give them the order number!!! I received no help, no product. But I confirmed that the money has gone through. I am just hoping that I can recover my money. ***************************** if that ** is really from Ecovacs.

    I will be going back to Xiaomi/Roborock after my experience with Ecovacs. My older and cheaper bots had way less issues. I guess you can't always believe what you see in a YouTube review and sometimes sticking with a brand you know and trust is a better idea. I knew I should have returned it 2 days after I bought it, but tried to give it a chance. Now the return window is closed, never again.

    I was really looking forward to trying out the new X2 Deebot as an alternative to my manual Dyson vacuuming routine. Unfortunately, my experience with the X2 Deebot has been nothing short of a nightmare. The $1300 vacuum stopped working after just 2 months. I received a replacement, but that one malfunctioned as well, leaking water all over my floor. After requesting a different model, the wrong one was sent to me. Now I just want a refund, but I'm having trouble getting in touch with the right department to escalate the issue. Dealing with the heavy boxes and the company's inconsiderate behavior has been incredibly frustrating. I wouldn't even give this company a 1-star review based on my experience.

    ECOVAC Robot Vacuum I purchased an ECOVAC Model OZMO T8 AIVI - robot vacuum from ****** in Dec 2021 for more than $800. Now 2 years later, the vacuum no longer works and to my dismay, I have not been able to get the problem diagnosed much less repaired. I WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR MACHINES HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, AND THEY DO NOT STOCK PARTS FOR MACHINES OVER 1 YEARS OLD. My latest problems began in March 2024 when the vacuum would abruptly stop its programmed cleaning and return to its charging station with plenty of battery life left. The problem occurred randomly in various areas of my home. I called ECOVAC and after explaining the problem I was told since the machine was out of warranty (one year) I would need to call another company (division?) that handled repairs. The number I called was staffed by some very odd and not too helpful personnel. I related the problem with my vacuum all over again and quite honestly was unsure if the representative had a clue about my problem. She took my contact info and told me they would refer the case to an engineer and try to determine if parts were available. She said I should hear back in a few weeks. I asked why it would take so long, and she answered it would take time to research. Yesterday, after no communication for 6-8 weeks, I called ECOVAC again. No help, just referred me back to the repair company. Same customer service representative and as I envisioned, she had not accurately reported the problem with my vaccum. Blah, blah, blah. They will get back to me in 2-3 weeks. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. The vacuum mapping function fails repeatedly meaning you must spend considerable time creating a new map of your home. Parts are unavailable and THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

    Ecovacs is a complete scam. They provide a s*** prodcut, make you spend a year shipping the machine back and forth for "repairs" they will never fix it and then they will tell you it is out of warranty. BEWARE.

    The VERY EXPENSIVE vacuum stopped working about a year in but since it was outside the warranty they will not help us at all. Products should not last only a year. This is robbery. BUYER BEWARE.

    Do not buy this product. Mopping pads will not stay attached. It does not work as described. Unless you are going to follow it around and keep attaching the pads and moving it every time it gets stuck, you are better off cleaning the old fashioned way.

    I bought this product and was told it could go from the floor to the carpet and do the whole house vacuuming and mopping. Well, I found out today less than two months after I bought the product that I have to carry the product from floor to floor and put the mopping pads in for it to mop the floor because it cant go from the floor to the carpet or over carpet with the mopping pads in. being handicapped, this defeats, the whole purpose of buying it. I think the computer is broken inside it. It keeps telling me the vacuum bag needs to be emptied when I did it is empty. It keeps doing the same floor over and over after I map the house properly with the lady on the phone from Ecovac helping me. There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days even with my situation. Ive been very ill.

    I agree with the reviews below, except I would give a 0 star rating if I could. Ecovacs makes a terrible product, and then tries to censor reviews on their website to cover up for this. Do not buy from Ecovacs! I had the same experience as ************** below, where my unit worked fine until the warranty period was up, and then started having all kinds of problems. I feel like the software updates they pushed made the unit incapable of docking, and also caused the unit to constantly lose the map. The auto-empty on my unit never worked properly from the start and always clogged, and when I informed Ecovacs about this, even during the warranty period, they had no practical solution for this. Their support will respond, but they do not offer you any solutions or stand behind their crappy products at all. Listen to these reviews and stay far away from this business!
