I have cancelled this membership twice online and they continue to bill me. **************** will not answer after 18 minutes of hold time. I want a reimbursement for January in the amount of $19.99 as I have submitted online forms to cancel this Im November and December.Initial Complaint

I went to this car wash location on ***** in *************, ** to wash my 1998 *** M ********* which I was heading to meet a photographer to take pictures with to put for sale. The car wash broke my side mirror off and shattered my front grille. After filing a claim with the car wash, they called me chuckling on the phone about how they saw my car on their video cameras getting destroyed in their car wash and that I was right about their car wash breaking those parts. They have the footage. However, they were happy to tell me they had to deny my claim as their "disclaimer" states they do not cover any factory parts greater than 5 years. My factory parts have been replaced less than 5 years ago with OEM manufacturer parts, and then she said "well we define that as aftermarket." Which is not correct, because OEM manufacturer parts are NOT aftermarket. So they just define aftermarket however they want. They can't make up their own definitions. Read their disclaimer. It pretty much excludes everything. They can make up any excuse they want. They make so much money but cant cover a $1000 repair? This pushed back the sale of my car by over a month now and I needed the money. Now we have a storm too that I have to spend more money on repairing my house too and was not able to sell my car in time. If I had sold my car in the auction I would have the money now to repair my house from the storm damage. This company is disgusting with the way they do business and they are absolute thieves. Now I want to be compensated for my repairs from a dealership as this is a very special vehicle that cant be repaired just anywhere, and I want to be paid for the consequential struggles that came from this. My minor daughter used Apple Pay to get the car washed. She was not told that this would be a recurring charge for a service. Each time my husband and I have called to discuss canceling due to our daughter being a minor and not knowing it was a service, weve been cussed out and told its not their fault that our daughter is stupid and doesnt read the small print. She was told that she was holding up the line and had to hurry up and sign. We have been charged 3 additional months now.Initial Complaint

On November 2023 our bank account was overcharged with additional fees that were not authorized by us. Our monthly rate went up to 19..99 per vehicle in November. ******** took it upon themselves to charge our bank account ***** 4 times even though we only had two vehicles under the monthly subscription of *****. We have attempted to get a refund since December. We have called customer service several times and they claim a check is on the way but we have not received anything. Originally they claimed that the zip code was incorrect so we did give them the correct one because they inputted the wrong one. They keep claiming the check is on the way and we have received nothing since then. We did not authorize these extra fees to come out of our bank account to begin with. All we want is a refund for the two extra charges of ***** each.Initial Complaint

On 12/4/23. I went to the location where I signed up for your services. I spoke to an employee about terminating my contract. He went inside got a clip board write down the information he also removed the sticker from my window. I also called the number he provided but I wasnt able to leave a message mail box full. On 12/11 I received a message that a charge in the amount $19.99. Was about to hit my account. So I went back to your location. I was told by an employee because it was pending transaction it may just drop off. Since I had already terminated my account. On 12/15 after several calls to the location. Drive back yet again I was told yet by another employee. The only way to terminate the contract was to do online. He was sorry I was given bad information. While at the location I filled out the online request with his assistance only to be hit again in January. Now they are telling me, you cant give me back the Dec because your employee gave me bad information the first two times I went to your location, when it clearly says on your website I can terminate my contract at the location. In which I did with no success. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card services to dispute this charge. I advised your company before the billing cycle not once but three different times and still I was billed. I am demanding the December payment be refunded and not just January. A very disappointed and very unhappy customer.First I was told that I be getting for both Jan and Dec now they are saying that because I didnt do the upload until Dec 15, they are not able to refund Dec. I supplied picture of my calls to them on 12/4,12/11 and 12/15. They told me if I cant provide being at their location they cant help me. I saw they have cameras look at your footage. They told me it only goes back to 1/29/24. I spoke to managers today I went to location. They said I cant help you for Dec. He also admitted the old system didnt give receipts.Initial Complaint

My truck entered the car wash, and I asked the employee if I should remove anything from it. He said , NO. It was safe to enter. In the carwash, it ripped the antennae off the truck. Pictures were taken of the damage. Employee said, they would take care of it. One week later, a claims rep from Blue wave, named " **** told me, they would not pay for damages. I asked when the unit was inspected, She said, the car wash uses a lot of force, and does not get inspected UNTIL an accident occurs or it malfunctions. I asked for the broken part of the truck, they refused to give it to me.Initial Complaint

I have a membership with this business for car wash company, After using this company several months one time I was hit on the back by another vehicle immediately car wash attendant stated I had back up and it was not that way although I explained the machines caused my car bumped back and they bring vehicles too close they don't give enough space between back cars, in general vehicles are too close. I submitted damage claim they immediately denied my claim stating they are not liable, when I have continue with membership and continue to use their services with the difference that everytime I go I make sure to request enough space between vehicles and that incident of bumping back it continues to happen and if I did request that space I would have been hit numerous times and when I call customer service I leave messages and they do not respond, Eventually I will cancel my membership with them due to poor service and lack of responsibility. My vehicle is a 2024 model and I got it before 2024 it pissed me out that I have that bump on my back just a couple months after i got my vehicle and this company was so quick to determine they were not liable when their machines are causing the vehicles to go to back, and they neglect to place vehicles too close.
