I purchased a vehicle from Gold Rush Auto on April 21, 2022. I used my debit card for the transaction in the amount of $6,500.00 I trusted that since I purchased from a dealership the sale would be up to par. The salesman I worked with is also the owner. He stated to me that the title would be coming to my home address. I did not even notice that the registration tags on the vehicle had expired the month prior (March 2022)I waited and waited but the title never arrived in the mail. I called the *** and was told that the vehicle had not been transferred into my name. I contacted the dealership over a couple months without getting a definite answer, I went down to the dealership and spoke to the salesman and his administrative assistant. Apparently the vehicle (2010 ****** Murano) had never been smoked therefore the dealership was unable to transfer the title to me. 2 weeks after purchase the vehicles check engine light came on. This vehicle from time of purchase has not been legal to drive since the registration stickers had already expired at time of purchase. The dealership should not have sold me the vehicle. It was not legal to sell it without the smog. Title has still not been transferred into my name. The registration is past due. I do not and have not been able to figure out what to do. I feel like i was burned.

Business sold a car that wasnt up to safety standards, there are no airbags, alignment is off balance, frame seems to be crooked, brakes are squeaking, gas tank moves when I go to put gas, and other issues in which I feel very unsafe driving my children and myself around. Also, owner **** used swear words when I tried to come to a resolution with him and his business practices, in which he said she aint getting her f*****g money back and he told his associate ***** get her the f**k out of here, deal with her. I just want my money back, so I can try to find another car that is safe to drive, for myself and my children.

I have been scammed and treated poorly when it come to business . I purchased a 2011 Audi q5 3 days later back at the shop check engine ligh , efc light, service soon light. Was told to bring my car in for repair at no cost they replace batter and fan to make air and heat flow . Gave it back to me all lights were turned off by mechanic within 3 hours lights back . I am taking the car back today because it is now giving out white smoke through the back pipes. I multiple text from office manger promising my car will be taken care of and it hasnt . The owner totally disregard me and told me speak to office manager about the situation. Spoke with office manager again he told me if my paperwork stated what the issues were when I brought it inn the first time - it does . They clearly overlooked and took the cheapest route of repair which did not work. Since buying the car I have been in distress . Out of money , still no transportation, back getting ride from Lyft and relatives. I have 3 children high school , middle school, elementary plus a full time job . I gave cash money with hopes of gaining reliable transportation for my family and I . This company has to be investigated.

On November 16, 2023 at approximately 4:30 p.m., I purchased a 2014 Dodge challenger from Gold Rush auto wholesale. The sales person name is ******************* and because of the mileage on the car (*******) I was unsure I wanted to buy the car. He assured me that the car had a clean carfax report and that they thoroughly check all their vehicles and they even warrantee the vehicles engine and transmission for life. This fact alone sold me the car which out the door cost me $9600.00. On November 18th I went to run errands and right away the overheating light and oil lights came on. I went right away to an auto parts store and bought oil and coolant to put on the car. It did no good and so I drove straight back home. By the time I got home the check engine light was on as was another warning light. I immediately sent **** an email telling him I was returning the car but got no response. The next day (11-19-23) at 12pm I returned the car. It died as I was turning into his business parking lot and hasn't run since. On the phone that day **** told me he would rectify this but tried to blame me for the cars failure. On 11-21-23 I got the estimate for the car to be fixed and signed the work order so they could start work on car. On 11-24-23 I called to see about progress and they informed me I needed to pay $500.00 for the tear down before they start work. I told them that I would come get my car and take it to a reputable place to fix it.

Multiple mechanical problems since purchase. Business is not cooperate or communicative-see the numerous complaints filed with the BBB. Did not comply with the 50/50 engine contract and now the transmission seems to be going out.

I made a down payment towards a vehicle (2013 Jeep Patriot). Within a day check engine light came on. I contacted dealership and they "fixed" it.only for it to happen a day later.. after 4 days of having vehicle the check engine light came on yet again. At this point I'm uncomfortable in this unreliable car. I contact the auto dealer and told them my concerns and that I would like to terminate contract and receive my down payment back. I was flat out denied and was told to take them to court if I wanted any of my money back. I do not know what to do at this point. As that was blatant robbery.
