            I paid Rotorpros $550 on June 3rd, 2022 for some brake pads and rotors for my vehicle. I never recieved tracking information and the last message I received was on July 20th, 2022. I've made numerous attempts to contact them. After doing some research I found that I am not alone. They have taken people's money and stopped communicating all together. There is no phone number that connects you to a live person. Very shady business that used to be legit. Unfortunately I trusted them.

            I ordered brakes and rotors for my 2010 ***** Silverado from Rotorpros on Jan.10, 2023. I paid $200 using Meta on Jan.11, 2023.After not receiving my parts within 15 business days, I sent email asking about the status of my order, no reply. I sent email again, and inquired on their website with no reply.I've done business with this company two other times with no issues.

            Bought new brake rotors and pads from them and they are defective after 11 months and they have a two year warranty. Contacted them many times and said he would replace them but never followed thru. Was told his family had covid to his supplier wont help him to his sales are real bad right now. I have every email with his excuses that he has told me since Nov of 2021 now he wont answer his phone or respond back to me.
