I ordered $53.00 worth of fragrance in sept then ordered again in Oct. I hadn't received the 1st order when the second order arrived. I found all my order information and contacted the seller. I was told to check with my neighbors and then verify my shipping address. Admittedly it took me a little longer than I wanted to get back to them but was never told this was a timed event. I contacted then again and confirmed no neighbors had seen the *** and my shipping address was correct on the 2nd order. They then contacted me for the shipping address again. I sent that. The next correspondence was simply no refund cuz it had been more than ********************************** my initial correspondence. When I went on a deep dive thru the policcies there are dates there but I didn't look into that info because I contacted them as soon as 2nd order came and no one ever mentioned I might not get my money back. Do not recommend doing business with this company!Review from Reyna M

I order a perfume on October and it was taking days so I canceled it, a few day after y charged me again and I received the refund and now I got charged again for the same perfume on the 7th of November I need to cancel because I dont need it anymore and they cant cancel it I havent received it yet but they Dont let me cancel my subscription and wont let me delete my account either so I need to cancel the order and delete my accountReview from Dee P

They take your money and send wrong item and will not get back to you. You have no # to get a hold of them. So frustrating

We're sorry you were not happy with your order. I do see customer service has reached out to resolve the issue and let you know how to return the item. ***, ******** changed their packaging recently, that's why you may think it's a different product. But it's the correct Burberry EDP, they are no longer manufacturing it with their original packaging.Review from Jane C

I had ordered a full bottle of perfume from their site. After days of no updates, I contacted the vendor. I was told that more had to be ordered and as soon as they receive, my order would be shipped. It took a long time and after contacting them on numerous occasions, Contacting the vendor did no good because he told me he couldn't issue a refund on an item that was not delivered which is c*** because the vendor is responsible to ensure delivery. I finally got a tracking number. The package was delayed in the shipping process with no updates. After no updates for a while, I contacted my credit card company to lodge a dispute for not having received product and having been charged. 30 days after my initial order, the package arrived. It was poorly sealed and the only things in the package were shipping document and packing paper. No product. I again contacted vendor for refund which he told me he couldn't do since I had put in a dispute already. Seems to me he should be able to do so and I could cancel the dispute. Never will I order from anywhere but Amazon any more. At least you have better recourse if there's a problemScent Decant Response

We're sorry you weren't happy with the service. Unfortunately once a chargeback is initiated we're not able to refund because your bank has already deducted the order amount from us while the chargeback plays out. The cardholder would have to call their bank and have the chargeback withdrawn, which wasn't done.Review from Sergio R

Unfortunately the customer is spreading false information. The order has already shipped and is set to be delivered on Saturday June 1st, well within the estimated delivery dates set at checkout, which was Wednesday, May 29 Monday, June 3. For future reference, we offer faster shipping options than the Economy Shipping that the customer chose. 99.3% of all our shipments are delivered within the estimated delivery dates set at checkout, one of the highest in our industry.Review from Que T

Definitely a rip off! They have bad customer service!.. For awhile they were doing pretty good but out of nowhere they started to get on the skimpy side with there products. I've been receiving products lately that are half full bottles of fragrances. One tube leaked out in the bag they pack there products in. I sent in documentation and photos supporting this. They gave me a 2$refund and sent one replaced tube of the fragrance. Ok that's cool and all but not one of the tubes that I ordered came with full capacity of fragrance. They all had different levels but all far from full.Review from Jade C.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Posting on the BBB since they wont approve my reviews about my experience with them. Obviously they only want glowing reviews. They didnt even include all the fragrances I ordered, thats number one.The decants were also leaked when they arrived and everything was sticky. The names printed on the labels were barely hanging on for dear life, and the ones I could still read were very clearly mislabeled.They also are horrible at customer service! Save your money, and save yourself a headache because there are so many other fragrance decant sellers in the market: Scent Split The Perfumed Court Scent Bird ******************* Scent The list goes on. Seriously dont order from these monkeys. Theyre a joke.Scent Decant Response
