    Disgusting units, homeless, dog p*** everywhere, manager and staff treat residents differently, give special privileges, moldy crappy a/c units, water issue, leaky water in units and outside around the complex. Daisy chain extension cords, safety hazards throughout complex left by maintenance. Staff very unprofessional with each other and residents. Staff disclosed personal information and gossips about other resident's via text or videos to other residents about DV issues, nasty units and how people live, financial issues, who is a stripper, crazy and who allows homeless to stay in their unit and so much more. No privacy, homeless always on property sleeping in pool bathrooms, laundry rooms, many of them going through the dumpster, tires getting stolen off cars, windows getting busted out, empty unit break ins, deplorable condition around complex with mold in a/c units that are ****, water and sewage issues, personal/eviction notices posted on.doors not in envelopes or folded. Just posted on door with all information facing out so anyone can read it, a lot of dogs off leash popping everywhere with no owner picking it up or in sight. Staff sees these unleashed digs and say nothing as they drive or walk by. Manager and assistant manager inappropriate relationship at work. Employees have discussed what happens in the office with the inappropriate things that happen and about what corners they cut to save money for the employees quarterly bonuses. Do not care about the residence and do bare minimum. Residents files are not safeguarded. Employee stated that he looked into a residents file and also saw residents information on office employees computer. Staff gossips and do inappropriate things with residents. Text from resident to resident about assistant manager stating that the manager is seeing a resident. However an employee stated that the assistant was engaging in a personal relationship with the married manager and another resident. It is a big mess here.

    ******************* has been my Home now for going on probabl y 4 yrs and I love living here. Onw of the main reasons if not the main reason of all is our manager, ******. She is very friendly while remaining very professional . To me dealing from past experience living in a managed environment can be difficult but ****** is wonderful. If i need anything she acts promptly and with respect. The grounds are always neatly kept and maintenance always willing to do whatever may need done. I love my apartment and I finally feel at home. Thank you ****** ! Thank you to Satellite . I would higgly recommend ******* Apartments . Clean and friendly complete with guards at night to keep everyone safe.
