Horrible. I Bought a 2011 BUICK REGAL FROM THEM IN MAY 2023 AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEM WITH THIS CAR AND GETTING IT FIXED. HAD TO GET NEW WATER PUMP IN JUNE ********************************************************************** ***** DOLLARS AND THEY GAVE ME A DEFERMENT FOR ONE MONTH AND LOST MY KEY ONLY KEY AND HAD TO BUY KEY FOBE PAY TO GET IT CUT AND PROGRAMMED AND I CANNOT GET A DEFERMENT. THIS CAR HAS COST ME MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR IT. H*** I HAD TO WAIT EXTRA TIME FOR ENGINE BECAUSE CAR WAS MADE IN ******* NOT AMERICA. CAR WAS NOT IN GOOD SHAPE LIKE THEY SAY THEY ARE.Review from Jim J

Staff rude as h*** and I don't even have business with them, I got a random call from a grinch lady working here, being nasty and rude for no reason. A whole lot of WIC/EBT activities and personalities going on here.Review from Kayla D

Horrible company and lack common sense! Please do not finance your loan through them. They have a business manager replying to all of the reviews in an unprofessional way instead of using that energy to check his company and find ways to improve. That speaks volumes.

I will give them 0 stars I have been doing business with them for 6 months and have had to send my insurance information 3 times. Made a partial payment in may before the 14 due date made remaining payment on the 24th 10 days later. I received numerous emails and 3 to 5 phone call a day regarding past due balance mind you 10 days late not 30 I even responded to the emails and the phone calls and emails continueReview from DLON T.

Horrible company and the car lots they deal with are even worse. They even give out fake Carfax reports. This company needs to be shut all the way down. I'm out of a vehicle and thousands and thousands of dollars. Your company should be ashamed of themselves and how you take advantage of people.MAS Financial Response

Mr. or *****************,I don't know your account history since you did not provide an account number but you have to understand that we did not sell you the vehicle, you made a transactions with the dealership all we did was lend you the money to purchase a vehicle you chose. My suggestion is that you file a complaint against the dealer. I feel bad that you are going through this but this is not our fault.
