  03/02/24: amount charged $208.00 USD 04/01/24: amount charged $195.00 USD 05/02/24: amount charged $195.00 USD Total Paid: $598.00 Business committed to provide mental help/therapy services for my multiple diagnosis'Nature: I requested a refund because of completely dissatisfied service, went through 7 therapists or more with no help they were all extremely unprofessional or didn't even interact with me at all, way to judgemental of my situation and careless, and the regain customer service representatives were beyond awful inconsiderate and kept rudely cutting me off not allowing me to even express the nature of my concern. They caused MORE stress on top of the stress I already had that I originally needed help for. They made it beyond worse. I reached out to multiple reps who submitted orders for me to be contacted via email to resolve refund issue, still no resolution same process no results. BetterHelp is the sister of Regain and is always advertised but I haven't seen an advertisement for Regain. I thought I was getting help from better help when I signed up initially but at the end it said that I was now apart of regain but that isn't even who I tried signing up with. I requested a cancellation awhile back but was persuaded to look at financial aid option which I was approved for 65 billed every 4 weeks, so 65 a month. I was being charged 195 every month. I feel I was tricked into keeping my membership, had I known that I would've never given it a chance. I feel taken advantage of with signing up with a company I wasn't trying to sign into (regain) paying extremely large payments and not what I was supposed to and not receiving any services. They're all extremely unprofessional. The therapists, the representatives, the disrespect to people who have issues as I do to be treated this way is beyond me. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. Definitely a scam and I want ALL of my money back! Tired of the disrespect and their EXTREME lack of dedication!
