    Tracking Number: LTN3*****32 3 Reference Number: 44390 9 I paid for a parcel to be shipped from the UK to the US on December 14th 2024. I paid for priority postage with an estimated arrival date of 5-7 days after being picked up. It was promptly picked up on December 16th 2024. Tracking displays it was scanned into the Feltham SRY Warehouse on December 16th. As of today February 6th 2025. That is the only update the tracking displays. I reached out to Landmark support via their contact form. Upon getting a response (about a week later) I was notifed that my package had not physically arrived in the Feltham warehouse yet, they just recieved electronic updates that it was on its way. A follow up email the next day notified me that "the scans were made in error". January 6th 2025 I recieve an email from my seller (Shopogolic) claiming Landmark told them that the parcel will be "RTS due to error". I can't fathom that they did not contact myself or Shopogolic prior to processing the RTS to try to resolve the issue and continue shipping the parcel. I am writing this review a month from that update and the parcel has not arrived at my sellers return address. Landmark's support has been very distant following January 6th. When I do hear from them it's just "check in with the seller regarding this matter, we no longer have any updates". But the parcel is in Landmark's possession. My seller has NOT recieved the parcel back yet. My seller has been very attentive to this situation however nothing can be done as Landmark has not returned the parcel after stating so a month ago. Feburary 4th I recieved an email from Landmark stating "we have forwarded your information to our UK team as you are currently in contact with the US team. As of now, we have no visibility on your package". It would have been nice for my ticket to been forwarded to the UK team once submitted rather sending a handful of emails that accomplished nothing since I was talking to the US team.

    Received my parcel yesterday night (November 22, 2024 at 10:18pm). When I went out to the front building door to pick up the parcel after the delivery man called, he made very inappropriate comments such as "Will you have sex with me" and refused to leave and had the door propped open. I had to ask him to leave several times and even telling him that if he refused to leave I'll be contacting the police but nothing phased him and he still refused to leave and close the door. To the point that I had to go and forcefully shut the door on him from the inside as he kept saying inappropriate things and asking inappropriate questions. I've never experienced this before to the point that I felt unsafe. I've reported this incident to the police already. The delivery man name is Simranjeet Sing and he's been contacted by the police already.

    Landmark Global "lost" my discontinued, extremely expensive perfume order. I ordered a discontinued, thus limited - and VERY expensive - perfume with Fragrancenet.com on Aug 6th. Great place to get cheap perfumes, and they use Landmark Global shipping for orders outside the U.S. Upon ordering, I received a tracking number for Landmark. After two weeks, I checked Landmark's tracking number, and it said "data received," but delivery was still "to be routed." (FYI, I now understand this to happen when a carrier loses a parcel, but I didn't know it at the time.) I called Fragrancenet and was told to wait a bit longer; after waiting until Sept 5th, I called again. I was told nonchalantly by the operator that the carrier had probably lost my package and, just like that, I lost my one chance to own this perfume for under $800 (and wear it for my special event). Fragrancenet was kind enough to immediately issue a refund, but I can't help but feel short-changed as the perfume's price has now risen +$200 compared to the price I originally was able to order it for a month ago... and it is not available anywhere else on the internet. For reference, I've used Landmark as a carrier before, and shipping time is either super fast or takes months. Speaking frankly and truthfully, I've had Chinese carriers that were faster/more reliable. Based on my experience, do NOT trust this carrier with time-sensitive, delicate, limited, or exclusive goods. IMHO, you are NOT guaranteed to receive your product when your carrier is Landmark. I will never again be able to afford this perfume, and I was foolish to assume I could trust Landmark with my order. Additional details: 1. The Landmark Global shipping location in which this perfume was lost was Cheektowaga, New York. 2. Reference #: R01-HYR2MF78HQ. I am looking to communicate my experience with Landmark, potentially also looking for an explanation.

    This company is unethical. Items were shipped to the states I never agreed to anything. Them upon pick up I am charges a very high fee with no invoice breakdown for what. Then on their website it says I agree to waive my right to a breakdown. No I never agreed to that. You can't add that when my shipment has already arrived before I even know there is a fee. I want a breakdown of cost or I am reporting this to consumer affairs and asking for a charge back from my bank. I have paid for something that I don't know what I paid for. This feels like a scam.

    No tracking update since June 25 2024 Landmark tracker site shows that package has been received on Jun 24 but no update since then for last 15 days. No idea when the package will arrive. Since this is baby formula it is highly time-sensitive.

    I have been waiting on a package from this company to be delivered. When the package is tracked it has not moved in over 7 days, no one can provide me an update on where my package is. There is no contact number for them on their website and when you fill out this web form you don’t get a response. It does not take 6 days for one package to travel from one part of Canada to the next so why hasn’t there been an update on my package???? The shipper has also tried to reach out to get updates and nothing. Landmark needs to tell me where my package is and why it hasn’t even moved in the last going on 7 days now. Is this how they handle people’s packages? These are items that are paid for by people with their hard earned money, not only has the major delay screwed up plans but there is still no updates to even breathe a sigh of relief. This is unacceptable, and yo make matters worse why is their no phone number to contact this place????

    They lied about delivering my package. Nobody on my building's 24/7 concierge staff ever received it. I called Landmark, and they didn't do anything to help.

    Landmark Global is truly a terrible company. I had a return for Express Inc and was told to send them to Landmark Global. My returns were received on December 6th, but to date, I have not received a refund. I'm highly disappointed and concerned that I will not receive my refund. I have no idea how this company is still in business. I have the tracking numbers of the return packages sent to them. I am so beyond frustrated.

    Package has been sat at Burlington, ON since Oct 17th for 3 weeks now. 2 weeks more than original delivery date. Delayed delivery date is Nov 9th but I don't hold out any hope for it to arrive. Had to buy another product elsewhere and now have to wait until Nov 10th before refund can be issued from Amazon. The phone number listed is not in service so there is no way of contacting them to actually know where said package is.
