    I bought some shoes off of this website and I got it mailed to a motel but the motel has sent it back so I had got it metal to another address and I guess the address was no good then they said I had to pay to resend the package they said I had to wire money to them and I didn't know how to make a wire and they couldn't tell me how to help me make a wire so they told me to purchase something else off of the website and then they would send me the package when I purchase something else so I purchase something that's all for their website and they do not send me my package they are not replying to or responding to my messages I have been going back and forth with them since September they haven't replied to my response until I repurchase it to resend the shoes and I made another purchase and they haven't respond I did get that the new purchase I did get that item but I didn't get the rest of my items and they're not responding so I would like help getting my shoes

    I ordered a pair of tennis shoes which were Nike. I went back-and-forth with the seller which is Teestart up. I never received my shoes. They said they would reimburse me my money. We went back-and-forth with emails over several weeks. I have not gotten my refund, and I never received my shoes. I am sure they will make an excuse about something since I have seen them make excuses to everyone here who filed a complaint. Order #******) (July 27, 2022) For $75.98.

    I purched shoes for $115. Via debit..about a month later I received the shoes which are mixed matched, I asked for refund, they said no..I put items in my Cart and asked for an exchange, they said refund 15%...they removed the items and pretend to send them to me..now the phone # doesn't work.

He/ She returned the item without contacting us first, and there was no conversation mentioning about exchange item. The co is offering 25% back on mixed matched shoes for men I had 2 items for exchange in my cart. I was sent an usps out for delivery message, I thought the items were on the way so I proceeded to send the items back to senders address, the co took over a week to respond,attached is the ups receipt for the shoes I sent back.     I made an order number 540795 at tee start up on 8/8/2022, I received tracking numbers for both orders in which I placed are: *************************************** it was stated that both tracking numbers were with DHL and DHL Commerce. In which I called several times and they stated that only labels were created with no shipping update from tee start up. I want to know where is my package and I emailed Tee Start up at ************************ and I have not received any response at all.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/26) */ Customer made his order on July 10, not July 3. We replied to his email asking for tracking number and told him to wait for some more. Now the order is on its way and tracking number has been updated to July 25.
