Purchased, as far as I recall right now, and I was gorribly raped, so, this is a self-protection-oriented store/co. Got rid of 1 item. I'd like a refund on the 2nd purchase. A computer-like watch, a very "today" digital watch for $70-. No instructions! Can't reach BTI, no use for the item! I felt (I'm 61). I'd bought something so "cool". No instructions, strange packaging. I've held on to it, it's scratched-up now. How did I not realize, upon receiving this watch, no instructions, strange box it came in. I'd like my money back.

I ordered a Hummingbird fish/depth finder from Beyond the Infinity on 7/13/22. Price was $398.63 which immediately was charged to my credit card. To date I've not received the item and my multiple attempts to contact them through phone and email have not been successful. I've left multiple voice mails but have not received a response. I'd like to either receive the item ordered or a complete refund.

On 7/27/2022 I ordered ********************* from Beyond The Infinity for ******** Credit Card payment was made to them and I received an order# of XXXXX. They had been repeatedly telling me that my order is delayed over the first couple months since the order was made and they would look into it and get back to me. Now they are not even responding to my demand of a refund by email and the phone number is out of service.

I ordered a "Leaf Fountain" (ORDER #*****) on July 11, 2022 and the item never arrived. I received an official looking order confirmation on July 11 for the purchase of the fountain. I paid $111.32. I sent multiple emails in the following months and eventually requested to cancel the order completely. They never provided any proof of shipping, but they did respond to my initial emails. I received an email on July 17 thanking me for supporting their "small business" and saying there were some delays "due to the situation in *******". They would not allow me to cancel the order. I sent multiple email requests to cancel the order and request a refund after that. I have attached my whole email correspondence with them. It is now November 23, 2022. The last email I sent to their 'support' bounced back as undeliverable. My email server keeps trying to send the email and it bounces back each time. I'm extremely upset that I found Beyond The Infinity just by searching for the fountain, which I had seen at another store. The website looked legit. The order confirmation looked legit. I didn't even consider that the whole company could be a scam until I searched for information on how to contact the company today, at which point the search engine auto-suggested "Beyond the infinity scam". I had only typed "Beyond the inifinity" to find their website. I thought I had ordered a fountain, but now I realize my money has simply been stolen.

I placed an order on July 17, 2022 on their website - Order #XXXXX - for a package 2 Infinity 6.5" *********************** Speakers for $59.98. Multiple emails with their "Chief of Customer Service", ***** ******* First excuse was the delay was due to the war in the Ukraine, then it was a problem 'clearing"- whatever that means. Multiple emails to her monthly resulted in more "please be patient with us..." It is now 4 months later - I do not have a status on my order, I cannot get their website to run and I have not heard a reply from me last email on 10/6 requesting the order to be cancelled and a refund issued See all supporting emails attached in complaint

Order #XXXXX placed 8/7/22. Got email 8/13 thanking me for order & asking for patience w/ order delays due to pandemic & events in *******. Another email on 8/31 asked how my order "helped me" & offered 20% off for next order but still not in receipt of original item ordered. I've emailed the company twice for updates: 10/18 - first email response that "order is currently in process" & 11/8 - second email bounced back as undeliverable. No answer at phone number provided.

I placed an order back in July and never received the product. I contacted them several times via email and was told my product was in transit. I asked for a refund and was told a refund was issued that would take 2-4 weeks. I never received a refund or a product.

On July 10, 2022, I made a purchase of $51.55 from Beyond the Infinity. On July 16, they emailed me to say that shipping would be delayed. After a month of waiting for more information, I sent an email. I did not get a response. I emailed to cancel my order on 9/21. I called on October 4 and left a voicemail. I want Beyond the Infinity to give me a refund because they never sent my purchase.
