    **************** gave 3 or more excuses why no refund. After dealing with being berated, swore at and called names I gave up. I sent it back to the only address on the site in the **. After telling them this I was continually made to feel worthless and I wouldn't get a refund even though it was sent back new unopened or unused

    Date of transaction: 2-29-24 Amount: ****** Purchased product. Requested a return as it did not function as advertised. Company responses were hostile and rude. They approved the return. I mailed it with a tracking number and they refuse to send refund. Return tracking number: **** 9505 5124 9622 4071 9945 78 Thank you.

    I made an online purchase for a vehicle repair manual on their website. After the purchase, I was instructed to verify the transaction via my email, (provided to them). I went to my email and replied to their request to verify and go ahead with my purchase. In the body of the email, it stated once verified, I would receive my 'manual download' within 30 minutes. I received a text from my bank stating that the money was deducted from my account from an "Out of Country Purchase". I then waited! After an hour I replied to the original email stating that it has already been 1 hour, and I was waiting for my manual. I then called their "customer service" phone number and left a message. Then I ran the address of the "Business" via ****** Maps and the only address that could have been this "Business" was for some reason blurred out with no business name attached to the building unlike all the other business surrounding it. I then went to BBB for further investigation and found a multitude of complaints that are similar to mine. I immediately pulled the remainder of monies from my bank account and filed a fraud claim. I received another text stating that 'someone' tried to take $125.00 in addition to the original purchase for the manual. My bank is investigating at the moment.

    I ordered a service manual from Repairmanuals.co, received a confirmation email for my order stating I would receive download information within 30 mins. I didn't received this information. Emailed and called, company has not responded.

    I ordered a service manual from Repairmanuals.co and never received an email for a link to download etc. I received a conformation email for my *** purchase and that is it. The company will not respond to my emails and is not reachable by phone.

    On 5/5/2022 I purchased 2 oil catch cans from repairmanuals.com. they are advertised as actual vehicle specific oil catch cans. When I received them they were identical cans. These are not oil catch cans. The inlet/outlet ports are capable of larger hose attachments but it's chocked down to a tiny hole in the can with no gasket or sealing means. If this was hooked up to either of my vehicles it would restrict airflow in the valve cover causing pressure to build until a gasket blew resulting in engine failure. These are not made to be installed on a vehicle much less a ford/saturn product. The lack of a gasket on the ports would cause a leak in the enclosed system resulting in unburnt emissions being expelled. They took a can and drilled a few holes in it. This is garbage. When I contacted them about a return explaining that I can't put these on my vehicles for multiple reasons they said nope, but we can sell you one that actually works for 50% off. That angered me. They won't give me a return address and continues to threaten me with their lawyer. Not a good company to deal with. Take ur junk give me my money back. I still needed 2 oil catch cans and I purchased 2 from a reputable retailer for a little over 300 bucks.
