            I purchased two baskets totaling $60 on February 12, 2023. I have emailed them several emails which I can provide with them stating. The mailing is taking longer than the package was seized and now its supposed to be sent again I requested several times just to refund my money which to no avail they do not respond. Its terrible that ******** allows this company that is obviously fraudulent advertise on its site. Is there anyway you can help me pursue my refund I thank in advance for your time!

            Item ordered 3/2/2023. Order #*************** Item priced at $32.22 including shipping.Ordered an 11 piece set of "Hope and Healing" molded ***** figurines from an ad on Facebook.The item I received from LC Net was 2 pair of socks, which does not resemble any part of the items ordered. During the past 6 months, I have been in contact with ******* at LC Net. Each time ******* came up with a different excuse as to why the I haven't received my order. The longest running excuse was that the border patrol has seized the order and would not release it until additional taxes were paid. ******* also requested that I find someone to get the order released from the border patrol. I, of course, refused to do that. As of this date (10/8/23), the order has not been received. After several requests for a refund, LC Net only offered to refund 15% of the value of the invoice, which is totally unacceptable.At the present time, there is no resolution to this issue.

            August 30, 2023 Non-delivery of yard statue of a deer costing about $80. Received an eMail from ******* at LC net {request930484} on 9-22-23, stating that my parcel, tracking number:XHY3011127645, was delivered 'in/at Mailbox ********. *****'. Further, I should check with ******************* the post office, or carrier. No carrier was listed. The post office doesn't use letters with their numbers. I also checked my Ring monitoring tape and found no deliveries at all on that date. Upon checking BBB reviews I found many that have paid for items and not received them.All their data at LC net sounds good but does not lead anywhere and resolves nothing.

            I purchased lamps from a business called Toughynewsale LC.net..My money was accepted but I received no merchandise.I contacted them regarding purchase and they insisted it was delivered which was a lie I received nothing..I contacted them again we the same ole story that it was delivered at mailbox no one would deliver lamps at a mailbox and just leave them so the reply was items were delivered, Im just sick and tired of fake and fraud sights online taking advantage of others and their hard earned money, really they should be prosecuted by law.

            I purchased an outdoor bird bath on 6-12-23 from LC Net and they mailed me some cheap sunglasses. I've been going back and forth with them since trying to get a refund and they just keep stalling. It's obvious now they are scamming people but something needs to be done about them so please help somehow.

            Purchase of an outdoor living furniture set at ***** CDN funds on July 3, 2023 and was provided with a tracking number immediately followed by 4 ways to track the item. All links lead to broken files and broken links with no movement on the item. I have contacted them daily to request a refund with many communication but zero effort to refund or correct the situation. Reading many bad reviews online and agreeing with all of them, this should not be a company that is allowed to just take money. UH446353861YP tracking number provided for UPSP, ****** DHL

            In November of 2022 I ordered items from LC Net. Items still have not been received. Since then, I have been in contact with LC Net states they sent it. Turned out to be 2 pair of socks. They said sorry but it will be resent. Nothing received. they then said it was held in customs and ask me to go pay to get the packages out. I have finally asked for a refund and I keep getting the runaround.

            I ordered 2 lamps on April 16, 2023 for $47.32. I was given a tracking number AQ116106934CN and when I looked on the url they sent ************************** it said my package was delivered on 5/9/23 but it was not. I have contacted LC Net 3 times and they just tell me to check with my local post office, I did check and double-check with my local post office and the tracking number I was given is not in their system. I asked LC Net for a refund or to resend my order, but they say that logistics show it was delivered and give me this runaround, "The shipping information shows that it has been delivered, so we do not have permission to inquire about the package. Please contact your local post office to check the package again." Abysmal customer service and the public should be warned that these people are thieves!
