            Bought gun requested exchange was advised to return gun. I sent back with tracking was recieved and ignored. I requested a refund I made many calls and was told refund was being processed never received anything.

            I purchased an airsoft gun ammo etc for my sons birthday present. We took it out of the box and it didn't work. I immediately called and sent an email and was told that the brand new gun was as is. They offered no responsibility if it worked or not. Who sales someone a gun that doesn't work and is told about days after and doesn't let it be returned. Never heard of a company with such a terrible policy if only fact that was their policy. airsoft megastore sold me a non working gun and told me I was stuck with it yet told me things to try. All didn't work. As a Captain in law enforcement it seemed almost criminal. I would suggest people buy from a local company that stands by there products . I reported it not working the very week I got it in days. Have all the emails and receipts and was sent to them even recently. They acted like they would replace it or help me after i sent the receipt. Suddenly airsoftmegasrore.com didn't reply. They haven't replied to about 7 emails sent. They are a scam. I have a clean no working gun and a bag full of ammo. I paid over **** all lost money and a let down to my son. I have another son with disabilities that wanted to use it and I emailed in hopes they would have got better at airsoftmegastore. Com But no they don't care about me my older son or my disabled son. They just care about there money and cheating me even though they know I have proof they sold me trash and probably a used gun as new. I just asked for a equal powered airsoft gun in replacement that used that same ammo. They won't even respond. This needs to be a class action suit. I'm sure I'm not the only one done this way. I will not rest until everyone knows how this company has conducted itself. Please report or contact me if you had the same problems so maybe we can contact the attorney Generals in each state so they can take action in each state. To ban sales. I have all the proof to whomever would like to see the emails and pictures between us

            order #******* Contacted company about items not working as expected. It took them 11 days to respond. After discussion they agreed to a return of specific items from my order which were troublesome; I had also asked to return an additional item which that request was seemingly ignored. They did issue a shipping label. I asked them to clarify the specifics of the return such as the value to be received for each item and if there are any conditions to the return other than receiving them. They have yet to respond it it has been an additional 5 days since I contacted them.

            Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/10) */ I created a UPS return label to send the items back to evaluate for a REFUND. Need to call me to resolve this RMA issues. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/05/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Company did send label. However communication skills are horrible and unclear. They do not grasp the understanding of clear communicative writing. I will not be going through with an RMA or other measures as I have waited so long responses I am no longer in possession of items. 0/5 don't do business with this company.
