I highly endorse R&C Heating and Cooling. I had inspections and bids from five installers. R&C ***** and **** were by far the most diligent in their inspection, clear discussion of equipment, selection of flex pipe routes, electric power requirements, and great pricing. They are easy to work with, clear on what and when work will be done, on time, excellent communicators, responsive, and very professional. We had a four-head and single compressor ********** system installed for less than $18K, while others including ****** wanted $28K. The work took a reasonable two days to complete including time to instruct my wife and I on the use of the system. They were meticulous looking at details for example every exterior/interior connection caulked, every piece of equipment leveled, taking time to get it just right. When LADBS inspector came and asked for small changes R&C made the changes the same day. I have worked with many trade contractors - plumbers, electricians, roofers, but the R&C are the BEST! I would hire them again. Highly recommended. March 2024

**** and ***** did ***** installation of a new wall heater replacing a very old heater. All work was done meticulously and carefully with attention to such details as replacing the roof vent and enlarging wall openings. They respond to phone messages immediately and provided detailed evaluations of the old heater so i could decide on replacement. They arrive at the agreed upon time for work...if not earlier. ***** and ***** are excellent at their craft at R&C AC and heating. They removed and installed a AC new unit on my roof. They even helped me out for the ********** rebate, wow!. My unit runs great and have had no issues throughout this extremely hot summer. Rooftop units are very sensitive to install and these guys made it look like child's play on the install. They were professional, clean and fast. We even purchased a maintenance plan, to come out quarterly to keep things running smoothly.
