  On October 21, 2023 I purchased a gift card for $50.00 with cash, and have not been able to use it at the store I purchased it at or any other circle K store. I've called customer service at. *************** and told them what was going on and they told me to have the cashier call them when I'm at the store, but all the cashier's refuse to call them, they say they can't do that. I said well I need a refund or be able to use my card and they tell me they don't take those cards, and I said well I purchased it here. Why do you sell them if we can't use them here. He had no response. I would just like my money back since I can't use the card anywhere.

  This Circle K located at **********************; ************** is independent owned and do not have authority to sell or accept the Circle K gift card .

   

  Only Circle K corporate store has the authority to accept or sell the card at corporate locations only.

  Customers was advised of this situation and was told to take this to the circle K corporate location only.

  Ok I reject this offer because my boyfriend and I purchased this circle K gift card from that 4th street store. That's why I went there to use it. When they told me I could not use it there is when I called the 800 number on the back of the card and was told to go to a corporate store to use it, but could not give me an address of a corporate store in my area. So I went to all 4 stores here 2 in ************** 1 in ********** and 1 in ************, and none take it. I even tried in ************ and the refused it too. So if you can only buy them at a corporate store, there is none around me in this area. So I'm telling you I bought it from the 4th street address store. It's going on about 4 months now and can't use this any where.
