    I purchased a Bernini *********************************** May 2023. I loved the hose and even recommended it to a couple of friends. However, about 3 weeks ago (May 2024), it started leaking from underneath the nozzle sheath. No, it wasn't a washer, just the metal must have cracked or was defective. I called Bernini's customer service # a few times, left a message as instructed. I also emailed them about 5 times and all I get is an automated response that someone will get back to me. Well it's been over 2 weeks and no response. I'm very disappointed and disgusted that I spent $82 on a hose that only lasted 1 year. Shame on them!

    Absolutely awful. I ordered two small fountains for my birdbaths. One arrived broken, the other lasted LESS THAN AN AFTERNOON. I left several messages, sent several emails, filed a complaint through PayPal and no response to anything. The fountains are pure trash; they are cheaply made and are awful in every way possible.

    Hello, We received your email. I apologize for the delay. I will be happy to contact the carrier and file a damage claim for the fountain. Did you want a refund, or a replacement?If you are having trouble getting the fountain running, you might try to prime the pump. Please remove the battery compartment from the fountain. Gently remove the small square pump from the bottom tube. Shake the pump under water for about 30 seconds. This should get rid of any water bubbles or debris that could be inside the pump. Place the pump back on the tube. Put the battery compartment back into the fountain and turn it on. This could get it going again. You can also try to reset the timer. The instructions on how to do this should be listed in your manual. Please let me know if you need me to send them to you.If these steps are not successful, please let me know. I can send you a replacement battery compartment for the fountain or set up a return for a refund. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

    Poor setup for customer service. Fountain pump has failed right before 1 year ***** QVC sold it to us, theyre useless. Have emailed and called Bernini twice each. Couple of boilerplate email replies, nothing useful. Cannot reach a person as dial 1 to wait option in their call system doesnt work. The endless customer service loop from h*** Still waiting to see if they take action. Unless something improves drastically and quickly will avoid ever doing business with them again!

The Three Button Fountain Pump and Battery Compartment with Lights that we are sending you is an upgrade from the compartment that you originally received with the Lecce Fountain. Since the battery compartment is covered under warranty, there is no charge for this part. However, you will be responsible for the shipping.     Purchased their pro series garden hose thru Amazon not as described started leaked alot after 2 months poor quality contacted Amazon no returns after 30 days contacted ******************************* store and....nothing not even a response. $79.00 for a hose I could only use 2 months. Total RIP OFF with no recourse. Company clearly doesn't care about the consumer.

    Similar to one complaint below, this business's customer care does not respond. They do not allow you to leave phone messages claiming they are overwhelmed with calls, so they direct you to email them. I emailed on 6/22/22, and followed up on 6/27, but still have yet to hear back from them. This involves a set of 2 Flyfans I purchased from QVC on 8/19/21. I did not even take them out of the box until last month, but one does not work at all, even after changing batteries twice. This item is still under a one year warranty. I would like a replacement unit or a partial refund of the amount I paid for the set of 2.
