            I ordered cages and nest boxes from this company on April 24, 2022. On May 19, 2022 I emailed the company inquiring when my order would arrive. The following day, the company sent me 2 tracking numbers that had just shipped. The shipments were delivered over the next 2 days. Upon receiving the packages, it was noted that 6 items were missing from the order. I have since emailed the company 3 different times to let them know that my order was not fulfilled correctly, with missing items, and have not received any response. I need my items to come asap, or am requesting a full refund on the order, as I paid $165.60 for shipping and handling, in addition to $149.40 for the nesting boxes which were never delivered.
