            On the front door of this business they offer a cleaning exam and X-rays for 59 dollars. I have no insurance and they knew this . Once they did the X-rays the dentist came in and said you have nothing wrong with your teeth, but you need a peridontal cleaning a bacteria rinse this that I might have an auto immunodeficiency so all together that will be about 3000 if I join their plan. I was there for the advertised cleaning. I left in tears with no cleaning. I believe this is a scam . I have seen a dentist regularly for 57 years. Please follow through. Thank you!

            Had 4 front lower teeth extracted September 2021. Had the bases for implants put in. Was told would have my implants placed the first week of June 2022. Was in the office when told the implants were not made and they need to do another set of molds and have me return 2 weeks later. As of today June 20 2022 I do not have my paid for implants and a 3rd mold has been made. Was told to come back in 3 weeks. I am afraid the business has my money but isn't paying the outside lab due to financial difficulties and I will be left with incomplete work and a closed dental office. Please help me in any way

            0n 3/10 iwent to this dental group. had told them i was disabled and a fall risk. can't sit for long time disabled 16 yrs due to losing 3rd disc in neck waspartially paralyzied had my mri misread at los al hospital before i left another premiere ortho named ivar spzer the best he said he would be opratin on me or i would die chose the operatiomn. on 3/10 at dental office i saw a different dr ****** who made me wait 40 mins not busy that day. she took a look at the drs chart from 3/10 said i need a better denture.UPSELL. when presented the **** i know the girl did not present the right **** i.e no estimate no deduction from insurance. i phoned the office numerous times trying to get a proper ****. on one message i called the billing girl incompetent..when i did talk to mgr ***** she said i shouldnt call her emplyoyees incompetent i asked her to send me proper **** then she saidi was banned for calling her people names the girl ******* the wrong **** ****** says she was misinformed, im sorry a wrong dental **** could slip by someon anyway glad to get rid of them mgr never gave me her last name i call herMRS *****
