    We met with ************************* with Denny's Glass to replace (9) windows at our residence. We received a quote through a text message. ************** told us we had to place a deposit for the windows to secure the price. We placed a deposit for $4,407.61 with Check No. 2786 on 07/06/22 which was cashed 07/07/22. After multiple attempts through phone calls, text messages and certified letter, we have only received multiple excuses as to why the windows haven't been delivered. We were ignored when demanded the bill of sale made. A certified letter was attempted to the business with no success since the office is rarely opened. We then sent it regular **** with the formal request of a full refund or we'd have no other choice than to pursue all available legal remedies. The reason for the time delay to file a complaint is that we trusted ************** was an honest business man. It would be most appreciated if you could assist in the attempt for us to obtain a full refund. Thank you kindly for your time and consideration.

    In August of 2022 Denny's Glass came to my home, measured my windows, and I was promised six windows to be ordered, delivered, and installed within 4-8 weeks. The owner was paid a deposit of $4000.00 made by check. Several calls have been made to owner regarding the status of the windows. The owner claimed the windows were ordered but refused to provide any information about manufacturer, tracking, or proof of being ordered, he continued with this story through March 2023. As of April he admitted to not ordering the windows and that he would try and make the situation right by buying windows locally. He refuses to pay back the deposit and has made no attempt to purchasing the windows.

    Received letter 06/27/2023. ************************* spoke with customer and gave her a check for her deposit of $4000.00; check has cleared business bank account.

    This matter has been taken care of and customer is satisfied.
