There was a recall on the door scuff plate carpet on my 2023 Toyota Camry XSE. I took off work to have it fixed. I waited for over an hour and I was advised the issue was corrected. Later that day it came untucked again and I notice an adhesive was put on to try to correct the issue. Which is not what the recall document recommended. I called and spoke to *** who was very rude after I explained to her Im not able to continue to take off work for this issue when it should have been done correctly the first time. Her reply was, Well no one is perfect. Now I have to take another day off work and lose money to have an issue corrected that shouldve been corrected the first time.Review from Monique S

Purchased a 2024 rav 4, finance guy talked me into a loan but did not tell me which company it would be with so imagine my surprise when I received a letter stating that my APR was 19.68%This was my first new car purchase and I didnt know what any of that meant so of course I tried to contact the guy who dealt with my finance stuff directly via his cell and I was ignored several times for several days in a row. When I finally had enough I contacted the dealership directly to try and get this resolved, they also brushed me off completely.I have good credit and could have paid off the car then and there however with this loan the car ended up being over 2 THOUSAND dollars more than what we had originally discussed even though I paid it off completely within 3 weeks of receiving the letter with still no response from the dealership OR anyone from the finance department. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY DEALERSHIP ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. They will rip you off!Review from Caleb S

My experience with this establishment has been the worst I've ever had, and it left me furious. The management's actions are not just dishonest; they're downright disgusting and almost criminal. It's shocking that such a place hasn't been shut down yet. While purchasing a vehicle, they blatantly lied about the purchase price. They claimed they paid $47,000 for a truck, despite its trade-in value being $32,000 for years. When we demanded to see the paperwork, knowing full well that dealerships barely match trade-in values, let alone pay $15,000 more, they made us wait 30 minutes. Then, they sent out a smug senior manager who patronized us with a ridiculous remark: "You got us, we paid $1 and we are trying to make $47,000 off you."We demanded to see the paperwork, but he refused, admitting it was a lie. He then had the gall to say he'd train his team to be more honest in the future, which was clearly a load of c*** To make matters worse, he tried to turn the tables and ridicule us for calling out their lies, which is even more infuriating than their initial deceit. If I could take legal action, I absolutely would. This experience has been infuriating beyond words, and I truly feel for the countless customers who have been lied to and taken advantage of by this deceitful dealership.Review from Briana S

Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. We drove 6-hours round-trip to purchase a vehicle for which we had a pre-negotiated out-the-door cash price and promised inventory. Upon arrival, we found they had no vehicles on the lot of the model we had selected and been told would be be 'pulled up and ready for us,' and through our exchanges it became obvious they never intended to sell us that vehicle, even for a pre-order, at the agreed upon price.Review from Sal F

Buyers please beware on 12/23/22 We drove to Selma toyota with an approved loan we got from our credit union bank We test drove a brand new Tacoma me and my wife wanted . And told the sales person upfront we already had approved loan They tricked us asking us our info saying it was protocol and would not run us our credit. When they came back with the numbers we realized they ran our credit and they made up some stupid excuse. They wanted us to go with Toyota credit union on a much higher rate and manipulated the numbers on our approved loan we had to make the payment higher thinking we would be stupid to believe it and pick there’s All people that where handling our financing experience looked shady and untrustworthy and never showed any character of listening to our questions and concerns We decided to walk out and take our business elsewhereReview from Leah D

My son needed work on his car he bought from their dealer, it was a Sunday and he needed to get tires, he went there. I gave him the money, they didn't want to run his debit card as a credit card so they talked him into this 4 month payment plan option. I called to complain, they never called back. They took advantage of him because he is young. Their GM dealership is not any better. My check engine light was on, I drove in and the service advisor took his device out to my car to run a check on the light, all of a sudden my check engine light was off. He said he didn't clear it. I am pretty sure he did because they had told me they could not work on anything unless the light was on, but "checked things out anyways" and said I needed a new battery. My car has been fine without a new battery for over 3 months now. I did not purchase one from them. I will never buy a car with either of these dealerships again.Review from Atanasio E

Sales person requested/begged for us to leave a positive review before you buy in exchange for them to “take care of you” then bait & switch the marked up price right when you go to sign. This was my first car & unfortunately Greed is shortsighted as you loss a customer for life.Review from kiah g

Horrible experience. I called and asked ahead of time if they had a corolla cross XLE because i was going to be traveling 2+ hours. I spoke with a seller named Mari and she confined that they had 1 LXE and 2 LE available to test drive. I had all cash to buy the car i just wanted to test drive before buying. i show up and they try to sell me a venza instead because “it has 10 more mpg and is more fuel efficient”. i was so upset that I was lied to and wasted my time.Review from Denise H

This dealer does some shady practices! They tell you one thing to get you in the door and totally go back on their word. We went through Truecar and was contacted by Toyota of Selma through email. We called their Internet Sales guy named Jacob W******** on Thursday October 13th at 5:13 pm, we agree on a price a little over sticker. We call on Sunday to verify car is still available and Yodeline Hernandez told us the car was available and told her we were driving 2.5 hrs to come purchase it and she gave us an appointment time of 5:30 but told her we would be up there about 3:30 and she said ok. We get there and the car is being sold to another couple but they were still trying to get us to submit a higher offer on it. They said they talked to Jacob and he claimed he never talked to us about price and when we wouldn't fill out a credit app on it or go up from our agreed upon offer they said, sorry it is sold but I have another one coming in that I will give you a good deal on that is only $3800 over MSRP and we will pay for your gas to get up here. I will not play those types of games. I did find lots of bad reviews about them playing this game and it is very unprofessional to lead people on like that and shouldn't be aloud to continue!Review from Leslie G

I dropped my car off on Friday 9/2/22 to get my AC checked because my ac was not cooling. They tell me it’s going to be ready in a couple hours. After a couple hours pass by they call me and state it won’t be ready till Tuesday 9/6/22 because they don’t work on the weekends, and I was okay with because it’s 115 degrees out here and I just want my AC too work! On Tuesday after 4 days pass by we get to pick up my car they state my warranty does not cover so now I have to pay $500 out of pocket!! I paid it. I took the car and the ac worked fine, a day later on Wednesday today! 9/7/22 my AC stopped working!!!! I paid $500 for my AC to work for 1 day! I am very disappointed! Me and my husband had to pull that money out of our savings. And for the AC to only work 1 day is ridiculous! They tell me that my car might have a leak. Then they call me the next and tell me it’s not a leak. It’s the pressure setting were wrong and now it “only needs a recharge “ these people are so dishonest. They don’t care about there customers or there needs. I’m very disappointed in the service I got. I was so excited to finally have my ac working because I have a long commute to work, and now I have to drive in 115 degree whether after I paid so much money!! This is not okay!
