I've attempted numerous times to get in contact with someone from Acura of Sherman Oaks. I purchased my vehicle from them February 2022, and was promised an extra key. I called the dealership and sent several emails to the gentleman Alfredo who sold me the car, and got no response! I also sent emails and left messages for 2 general managers, I got no reply from either person. I drove to the dealership and spoke to a manger named *****, who said no worries, we'll get you the spare key, give us a week or so. During that time I shared how a little area of paint was scratched off the bottom right side of my car, and a pencil point amount on the car handle. I noticed it when I bought the car & was told it was repairable. ***** said when I pick up my spare key, they would touch those areas up with no charge, along with an alignment. I have yet to receive a follow up. The last I heard ***** had been out sick and there was no eta on her return. I was told to contact *****, I have yet to hear from him either. This is highly disappointing, unprofessional and unacceptable! When I was car shopping Acura couldn't stop calling me, now I can't even get a return call!

Dealership overcharged ********* **** for Lease buyout fee. I called Acura Financial and they said there is no such thing. I told********** to get her money back and they said too bad the deals done. Acura Financial told me to file a *** complaint, if that didnt resolve it to file a claim with the Attorney General for fraud.

I believe that my vehicle **** ******* ********* *** # ***************** is a "lemon" under **********'s lemon law. I am hereby making a written demand for the vehicle to be fixed properly by a certified Porche mechanic. The vehicle does not conform to the warranty. Before buying the vehicle, ***** and her staff informed me they would replace the front left TPM sensor and replace the a/c control unit. After driving the car for less than an hour I realized the car would not start in 1st gear but 2nd gear. The cause of this issue is the transmission pressure sensors need to be replaced. I return the vehicle to your dealership for repair based on the 30 day warranty and ***** telling me that you would take the Porsche to a sister Porsche dealership for the vehicle to be worked on. Unfortunately I feel your an unethical dealer who used illegal means to hide the vehicle's transmission issue by lying to me that all Porsche's start in 2nd gear. Your service department conveniently also lied saying they would not fix the wheel sensors because they are aftermarket. This is a lie the ******* dealership stated and these are the vehicle's past mechanical issues. Unlike most dealerships that are fair and honest ***** of ******* Way has been anything but. Most dealerships want to keep customers happy however your dealership has not in my case and I'm not sure if this is due to a racial component. I feel hurt and like I have been subjected to a scam or fraud, and many consumer rights laws, auto fraud laws, misrepresentation laws, negligence laws, and breach of contract laws have been violated by you. I demand the replacement of two tires as your repair shop stated you would do but did not because your tire guy was sick. I will take the tires and you can pay the ******* ********** to properly put them on. Since we will have the car at the ******* ********** I also demand that you pay for TPM sensors replaced at a cost of ****** replace *** control unit at a cost of $****
