    Business response

    12/23/2024

    Good evening,
We spoke with Mr. **** and apologized for the delay & confusion from our office staff. We are short staffed for the holiday and most of our admin staff is supplied from a job agency. Still, this does not excuse the mishaps on behalf of the office and apologize deeply on behalf of our company. We have spoken directly to Mr. **** on how to make things right and are moving forward with a better relationship and understanding with our customer and our staff.  Please remove this negative review.
