    I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the product I recently purchased. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the product only includes a few molded parts on the carpet and lacks any cutouts, which is quite unsatisfactory. Given the poor quality, I believe it would be more cost-effective to purchase outdoor carpeting from a hardware store. I hope you can address these issues and consider offering a refund or replacement.

    Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the product. Just to make sure we're on the same page about what our flooring kits are supposed to look like, allow me to provide some insight as to the differences between OEM and aftermarket flooring kits. OEM flooring kits are what came in the vehicle originally and are only produced by the original dealership at a much more expensive cost. Aftermarket flooring, like what we sell, are molded to fit the floor pan of the vehicle, but all cuts, holes, and trimming are left up to the installer in order to ensure a perfect fit. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. In addition, some details might differ from the original flooring, like the vinyl heel pad or backing. Our manufacturer, Auto Custom Carpets, is the leading manufacturer in the industry here in the United States and they have the highest quality standards in the industry. They have been in the business for over 40 years and get as close to the OEM specifications as possible. We have repeat buyers from auto upholsterers, restoration shops and end users who purchase and install our flooring kits everyday and are very happy with the finished product. Please know that they supply to about 95% of the dealers, so no matter where you order it from, it all comes from the same manufacturer. In addition, I noticed that you went with the standard backing. We do offer a "mass backing" option which is made of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) which is a rubbery, asphaltic material that is about 1/8" thick and provides a built in heat/sound insulation. It's possible that your original carpet was produced with the "mass backing" since it came out of the factory both ways. Please call us at 855-622-8862 if you need any further assistance.

    It ****, was not molded as was advertised for my 89 golf vw. Just a flat piece of carpet with some padding. And no recourse.

    As discussed during our phone conversation on 12/17, you had voided the warranty once you altered the product. Once again, if you had contacted us prior to installing the product, we would have worked with the manufacturer to determine if you received a defective product. There is an advisory label on the outside of the box that states "Please inspect each carpet set prior to installation. Carpet sets cannot be returned after being cut, trimmed or glued." This information can also be found on our website.

    The large sections of carpet I ordered fit just fine, but the border stitching on the smaller side panels were poorly done and not consistent between the left panel and right panel (one only had border stitching on the top and right sides, the other only had the border stitching on the bottom and left sides, making for a very awkward install I can do very little to make look clean). The kick panels I ordered didn't even fit the spaces they were supposed to go in. OC seemed to know this would be the case and sent along two extra pieces of carpeting with no backing or border stitching, cut perfectly for the spaces the kick panels I ordered were originally supposed to fill. So why didn't they just send correctly fitted and finished pieces? At the end of the install, the carpet kit I ordered got the job done - new, clean carpet is now in my 40-year-old truck. And it does looks great... As long as you don't look at some of the finer details too closely... Read other customer reviews, consider the massive restocking fees they charge for what is supposed to be an industry leading product, and make your decision accordingly. I will go elsewhere for the next project.

    This company is down right unprofessional.. C**** sounds like he's being bottle fed.. he just wanted to be done with the call from his tone.. they obviously didn't care about the customer or have any interest.. I don't even want the assistance to fix my issues now... nor a refund. I'll go to another company.. enjoy my money. If anyone is considering buying from this company stay away.. and to the person that may reply to this review don't even bother.. Your piss pour attitude and attention to detail is far from decent let alone right.. "employee owned & operated" I am completely and utterly disgusted... I would put zero stars if it was possible..     Carpet arrived missing all ports for seat belts,shift levers.The front binding was a miss fit and would have to be cut apart.All of this was assumed to be provided for the 286 $ price point.The return process system @ Oc is designed to discourage returns and it supports the MFG only and does n ot help the customer in any way.

    Not happy ordered a headliner for a t top firebird supposedly the holes were all cut and all mounting holes were pre made this thing was very cheaply made it was shipped folded in a box I had to cut the holes most likely so I cant return it when they charge a lot for shipping it should not be folded now i have huge gaps and they sent velcro to attach it after i bought new clips there were no places to use clips this is a cheap piece of garbage I was going to order other things for my classic firebird but now I will never buy from this company again they charge hundreds of dollars for a piece of cloth on a cheap thin piece of fiberglass I could have done better with a piece of cardboard and fabric from walmart. this is falsely advertised as a oem replacement not even close

    I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your product. The precut holes are on the board itself; however, the material covers the entire board. The installer will chose which precut holes are needed for their specific application. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. Please note that there is only one manufacturer that produces these aftermarket headliners in the United States. They have been in the business for over 70 years.     I ordered a headliner for an 05 silverado. What a terrible product! It doesn't fit right and looks terrible! When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful and not supportive. I would NEVER recommend this product or company. Save yourself the trouble and find another company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    Ordered headliner part#AFTH58-FB2005 Buyer beware, If you are expecting exceptional results with fit and finish stay from these headliners. They do not fit as described and in my case bought the headliner for a customer partially installed realized that customer may have concerns, and they did and I don't blame them for not accepting the job. Now I'm out the labor, part and shipping as they need a photo of part installed showing my concerns well I don't have photos so it looks like I'm out $$535 + $288 Labor!! Here is their description of the part I ordered....( "is a cost effective way to dramatically improve the overall look of your vehicle's interior. This headliner is a reproduction of your vehicle's OEM headliner utilizing factory attachment points, fit and finish".) Not true. my loss. Lost customer for sure.

    Purchased a vinyl matt for my 85 Suburban 2wd auto. Attempted to install it and it does not fit correctly. Contacted the company and they stated that it was not a factory color and so it could not be exchanged. I sent pictures to them showing how terrible of fit it was. I am told that I am stuck with it. $300 out the window. Not pleased

    We are sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your product. As mentioned, you chose a non-original material and color, so unfortunately, the manufacturer will not accept a return. The photos that you provided, confirm that the product is molded to fit the floor pan of your vehicle. However, all cuts, holes and trimming are left up to the installer to ensure a perfect fit. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. The way you have the vinyl mat positioned in your photos, you don't have it placed properly in the vehicle which is why you're experiencing fitment issues.     Ordered a carpet last Tuesday. It’s Monday. I emailed them Wednesday because of a mishap with the order and they told me it couldn’t be addressed since it was custom and was shipping Thursday. The lady I talked to wasn’t very friendly and called me basically just to tell me I was stuck with the product. Still no shipping confirmation so I’m unsure what the big deal was and why it couldn’t be fixed. I’ve heard better things about ACC’s carpets.

Unfortunately, the color and material that you chose is considered "custom and non-returnable" with our manufacturer (ACC).
