    Placed an order for several items over a month ago on 2/1/23, Invoice *********4. Received an email on 2/2/23 stating that one of the items was backordered and requested a reply with what I'd like to do. I replied roughly 1.5hrs later that the item could be taken off the order and to please send the rest. Never got a reply. I emailed again on 2/22/23...no reply. And then again I emailed on 3/6/23 with still no reply. I either want the items or for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued.

    We apologize for the issue. We just issued you a refund for $6.84 for the chip tubes and spacers out of stock. The two sample packs will be shipped tomorrow via priority mail.

    I made a purchase on Sunday August 20th for the amount of $101.93 with a 2-6 shipping option. After making the purchase, I have tried multiple times to follow up and see if there are any problems, delays, out of stock, general issues with my order delaying the shipping of my order. I have had no response via email or phone.

    I placed a small order (~$30) with this website on 14 May 22. The order has not shipped, and as far as I can tell, it won't ever ship. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and through multiple channels. They don't answer email, their phone number only goes to voice mail, and there has been no response from communications sent through their FB page. Researching online reviews (probably should have done that first) reveals multiple customers with similar experiences. Attached is a copy of my emailed receipt. I would like either my merchandise delivered promptly or a refund.

    On 3/28/22, I bought three sets of 750 poker chips for my groomsmen from a Mr. D**** of Poker Chip Lounge. The total amount for the order (#1000007463) was $513.65. on 3/29/22, D**** emailed me and said that some of the denominations I selected were out of stock, even though his website said they were in stock. He was initially unresponsive to emails and phone calls, but we managed to connect sometime in mid-April via phone. I asked D**** if he could provide complimentary 2-day shipping on my order due to the delay, and he agreed to do that. I was appreciate of that. D**** said my order would arrive the first week of May. D**** was unresponsive to me contacting him via phone and through his website "contact us" form. On 5/23/22, I emailed him asking for an update or a refund. D**** responded a few hours later with tracking information for my order. On 5/25/22, I received my order, but about 2/3 of the chips were missing from the order. I began emailing, calling, and sending messages to D**** via his "contact us" form asking for an update. He has since been unresponsive despite almost daily attempts by me to resolve the situation. I do not know how to contact him, which is why I'm reaching out to the BBB. I would like to receive the remainder of my order. If that cannot be done, then I would like a full refund for the trouble. Below are the missing chip counts for my order of Monte Carlo 14 Gram Clay Poker Chips. I've also included pictures of my order confirmation and the three chip cases I received, none of which are fully complete. White $1 - Purchased 375, missing 250; Red $5 - Purchased 375, missing 250; Blue $10 - Purchased 300, missing 200; Green $25 - Purchased 300, missing 100; Aqua $50 - Purchased 300, missing 200; Black $100 - Purchased 300, missing 100; Purple $500 - Purchased 75, missing 50; Yellow $1000 - Purchased 75, missing 25; Pink $5000 - Purchased 75, missing 25; Orange $10000 - Purchased 75, missing 75
