Brought my car in for a check engine light, E***** the service provider had informed me there was a 200~ charge to diagnose, okay that's fine. Came back after the oil change and the diagnosed and it was covered under warranty, great news right? I took the car home because they said they had to order the part, fast forward 2-3 weeks no call, I call them back asking what is going on talk to E***** and he says that they have nothing ordered or written down about this exchange and I need to come back in and have it checked again. Okay annoying but fine. I go in again informs me that I have to pay the 200~ dollars for the diagnostic and I asked about the warranty coverage and he said if its covered by warranty I wouldn't have to pay, alright fine. March 20th I texted the automated response system they set up to ask questions about your service asking if the diagnostic was complete. They said yes and it appears under warranty and my parts on order, great news! Fast forward to May 9th I had asked them if there are any updates on this they said we cannot estimate the time of arrival and if I need to pick up my vehicle and bring it back when parts arrive I could. When I asked if it was okay to drive they said they would not advise me driving the car. Then I said alright no problem what part are we actually waiting for, this is the question I asked 6 minutes after they had responded, May 29th after no response I asked them again what part are we waiting for, two days later I asked again. May 31st a two word response from them Cam Cover. Fast forward to July 10th when I call them and ask whats going on they say the part is still on back order and they have no ETA for when they will receive it. I told them this is insane what am I suppose to do. E***** with all the wisdom in the world told me again to come and pick it up and take it home. When I told him I cant take it home because you guys told me I'm not suppose to drive it he told me then just sit tight.

I bought a car at Simi Valley Chevrolet. I wanted a sunroof after factory so they put it in my contract and I’m paying for it. They also told me that the car came with a wireless charger but it didn’t. The used car they showed us did. The manager said the car they were getting would also. Wireless charger was the one item I definitely wanted. The car was coming from another lot. I received the car the next day I didn’t see the charger. The fin manager stated it’s there and sent someone else to help find it. I wouldn’t leave the lot until they said they would include it but didn’t give me a due bill. I kept asking for one because 2 days later I decided against the sunroof and wanted that money back. They told me I wouldn’t need to do a new contract and it would be taken off the back end I kept asking for documentation but they kept ignoring me and wouldn’t respond. The only response I got was telling me the parts aren’t in. Looking again at my contract it shows I have a warranty package that was slipped in by saying. I’m going to put the warranty at 84/85000 miles. He never explained what it was. I’ve leased cars and that’s how they look at mileage and extended warranty’s. I had no idea he was adding a package or I would have said no. Same for GAP insurance. I’ve never taken that but he knew I wouldn’t read it closely and put that in as well. I’ve never had such a shady interaction with a car dealership. I know some of it is my fault. Like the GAP ins but this is ridiculous I would like a new contract that has the correct stuff in it like I asked for at the beginning instead of being stonewalled into not thinking that was an option. The contract wouldn’t have the sunroof in it. Would have the wireless charger since I ask 3-4 times and was told it would be there and would like the warranty off the contract. I’m not interested in doing any business with the. I was also told that the payment wouldn’t change anyways which made no sense to me

This customer stated over the phone regarding an issue with the transmission repair. He bought this car in 2020 and later the transmission was leaking fluid. After he got his vehicle back he noticed that the skid mark plate was hanging. S, he brought it back to the dealership to repair the skid plate and also look at the transmission leak again, also to clean the oil around the it. The customer stated that the dealership did not want to take responsibility for the skid plate or even clean & repair the leak.

I had a lease on a 2020 chevrolet Equinox , when lease was up on November 28, 2022 I bought off my lease, one transaction, full payment. the dealer promised to handle the DMV registration and delivery of the title, up to date the transaction is still pending despite my repeated follow-ups and several visits to the dealership and DMV, the issue is still pending no clear answers and the employees at the dealership are being dismissive and disrespectful. I am trying to sell the car but am unable to do so because the dealer did not honor their part of the deal and no title of ownership yet.
