    Water heater hasn't been working since Wednesday 1/08/2025. I notified my previous landlord and she claimed to have let the maintenance guy know. He came by Friday 1/10/2025 and was not aware. He said he would come Saturday and look it over or fix it and did not show up. I called Monday 1/13/2025 and no one had a clue as to the water heater not working do she sent out two maintenance people. I was told it would be done by Tuesday 1/14/2025. It is now Friday 1/17/2025 and it still hasn't been fixed. I have been without hot water for a week and I can't even bathe my baby.

    This air conditioning issue has been on ongoing issue since July 2024. The property manager told me she cant make maintenance move faster and she cannot talk to them directly. The property managers supervisor, acknowledged all the disservice on September 3 but has not returned any calls or guaranteed any resolution. If I can use my rent to fix this, I would be okay with that.

    My family moved in with my Father in law in September of 2023 at that time the Bathroom was already caving in and the toilet was leaking. We have put in repair request slips every month that we have paid the rent. My property manager has done the walk through and assured me the problem would be fixed. Stating, oh no this is unacceptable, we are going to get this fixed. During her walk through to see what we were talking about. This was on 01/18/2024 its now August 2024 and nothing has been done. The toilet still leaks straight into the ground and the su flooring is completely rotted out the floor is being held together by the 13 layers of laminate flooring that they have stacked on top of next when they so called clean the apartment for a new renter. The floor under the bathroom is full of mold that goes all the way in to the bedroom closet. If Im a day late with my rent they charge me a $60 late fee. But they dont see anything wrong with the fact that My family has to use the bathroom down the street at the store. And they are raising my rent $103 next month. They wont send anyone here to repair my bathroom but they come knocking for their rent everyday until they get it. The property manager has yelled at, intimidated and threatened my 14 year old son. She has told him that if his parents dont have the rent paid by tomorrow he can start packing and get ready to be back on the street. That she isnt playing games and she just has to come back with the police to get all yall out of here tomorrow. And she lies to me and say that she has a video from maintenance of my husband refusing to let them come in to repair the bathroom floor. No one has made any attempts to fix anything here so we asked to see the video she said she had to go home to get it but would send it the next day. She send nothing but a text asking when I would have the rent money and that she put another order in to fix the toilet and the floor.

    I went through this property management company and they were awful. They refused repairs, no hot water, allowed drug dealing, prostitution, other crimes , allowed infestations, threatened and harassed me with weapons and affiliates of the company. The owner should not be allowed anymore properties until he/she fixes the ones. Peoples lifes and mental health are being ruined and taken as a joke. My issue is that these unethical behaviors and tactics remain in place and the community needs help.

    I live in one of their apartments for about six months now. There have been multiple issues including plumbing flooding, mice, animals lifting the walls, trash that has not been emptied in months. It is gross and discussing. They do not respond to complaints.

    Maintenance was sent out to tenant on 12/20/2023. ****** signed form stating that no maintenance work was needed at that time.
