    To the Esteemed Representatives of the Better Business Bureau,I write to you as a matter of utmost importance, seeking your esteemed intervention in a situation that has regrettably unfolded with InspireSmiles located at *****************************************************, under the management of Elona Gaball.I originally engaged with Inspired Smiles on January 2 in order to undergo a dental transformation. On March 7 of this year, at the request of Gaball, I entrusted the sum of $65,051 to her care, via transfer. This was done in anticipation of receiving dental treatments. I underwent two treatments on March 14 , April 11 with a subsequent visit on May 30th for the re-measurement of *************** was our mutual intention to continue with further appointments in July; however, I was compelled to make the difficult decision to discontinue my treatment. This decision was driven by my dissatisfaction with the design of the crowns, pursued without regard for my input.I now find myself in the unfortunate position of needing to address several issues . Documentation Request: Despite my repeated and polite requests, I have not been furnished with copies of documentation bearing my signatures. Transparency of Costs: I have yet to receive a detailed and accurate summary of the procedures performed, along with their corresponding charges. This lack of transparency is deeply troubling. Unresolved Refund: Finally, the refund that is owed to me for services that were not rendered remains outstanding, despite the considerable time that has elapsed. The manner in which these issues have been handled has not only caused me undue stress but has also had a detrimental impact on my health.     At our practice, we are dedicated to delivering elite, world-class aesthetic and functional smile rehabilitation, serving patients locally, regionally, and nationally. We are committed to transforming the experience of dentistry for every patient and have an extensive track record of success. 


    While we refrain from discussing individual case details in a public forum, we must note that the care provided to this patient has been of the highest standard. The claims being made herein are a mix of demonstrably self-generated misgivings and provably false statements, compounded by this individuals refusal to maintain reasonable communication.  For example, her uploads conveniently fail to include the voluminous numbers of communications sent from Dr. ********************** the office attempting to address all of her issues.  In various communications, we have offered several extremely generous possible solutions to address her concerns. 


    Despite the challenges she has presented to us in attempting to complete her care, we hold no ill feelings and continue to extend an open invitation for her to return and complete her treatment, which we are confident would lead to an objectively excellent outcome.


    We would be genuinely disappointed if the patient feels dissatisfied with her experience. However, we believe that what may actually be occurring is an attempt to enjoy most of her care at the elite-level rendered at our practice, and then use coercion to extract a refund in order to complete the relatively smaller amount of remaining treatment elsewhere at lower cost. 


    Our goal remains to offer the best care and experience, and we remain open to a constructive dialogue to reach a positive resolution.

    I had anticipated the attainment of the desired results three months prior, rather than at present.

    Upon declining Ms. ********************** **********************'s services at Inspired Smiles, I began receiving a series of laudatory emails, which proved vexing and distressing. Regrettably, my perspective as a client, along with my requests for amendments to the order, were not accorded the respect they deserved.

    It is abundantly clear that the request for a refund remains ungranted even at this juncture. This matter demands to be addressed with the utmost seriousness it warrants, and I anticipate a prompt resolution by Ms. ********************** to uphold esteemed standards of client service and satisfaction.

    The entire sum of $65,051 was tendered prior to the initial meeting, enticed by a promised 5% discount. It was not the price that disconcerted me, but rather Ms. **********************'s conduct and treatment of clientele. I steadfastly maintain all my other demands, for there must be an end to such impropriety. I have no intention of returning, as restoring shattered trust is formidable.

    I am seeking a civilized solution, as conflict destroys dignity.
