We chose Gateway based on hearing good comments in the neighborhood and their quick response to our problem. They were very forthcoming in discussing our options and their price was very fair. They set a date for the project and they met it and even completed ahead of time.The workers were very polite, conscientious, and obviously proud of their work. I was recommended to Gatewood by a contractor in the Bay Area, who had worked with them before and was pleased with their work. After getting a few bids from other companies, we contracted with Gatewood Heating & Air To install a new forced air heating and air conditioning system In our home. Their pricing was competitive and I felt confident in Jesses ability to get the job done and get it done right and on time. Not only did they complete the job on time, but they were very efficient and friendly throughout the entire install. Gatewood was quick to respond to our work needs as a new customer. They sent their tech over within a very accommodating time-span and quickly identified the problems with our furnace, blower, and ducting and followed up immediately with bid for work.
