I paid for the shirt titled "Data Whisperer". Immediately following the paypal button, it automatically went through never giving me the opportunity to update my shipping information.Over the course of 5 days- I called the number on the website (which only tells you to email them) and emailed a total of 5 times to get a response requesting they send it to the correct address.Finally- I received an email saying it was shipped to the incorrect address. So I responded AGAIN (this was my 6th attempt at contact). They wrote me back this time stating that they didn't receive any of my previous emails.I sent them a screenshot of the entire thread along with re-forwarding the email.4 days later after no response I asked how they were going to make it right and if I could please get the shirt I paid for sent to the correct address- they refused saying that I had not provided them with enough information and AGAIN needed to re-forward them the thread.This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I cannot say how disappointed I am and would strongly encourage anyone to not patronize such a terrible company.Review from Kathleen L

Shockingly rude customer service. Really incredible. The measurements of the tee I ordered did not match up with their size chart at all. Below is my email and their response: "I ordered the women's v-neck tee and followed your size chart, but this size Large is huge. The measurement across the chest is 23 inches, so 46 all the way round. This does not match up to the size chart at all. I just placed an exchange order for a Medium, #*******. But I am concerned that the sizing may be incorrect on this one too. Can you assist? Also, I think my exchange should be at no cost to me given the size chart issue. Let me know what you think. Thanks"The response complete w/ typos (accusing me of faking the measurements by stretching the shirt/ being clueless about how to use a measuring tape): "Sorry to hear the shirt doesn't fit as you'd like. When measuring a shirt, it's very easy to stretch the fabric several inches or measure incorrectly. The measurements we use are direct from the manufacturer so are correct. We have many of the same blank shirts here of the same style/color and they are also the size as mentioned on the site. I see you'e ordered your replaement. We'll have it shipped out as soon as we receive the original back." I've ordered from this company before with no sizing issues. But this is the last order I will place with them, ever, and that goes for my family and friends as well.Review from Denise P

I ordered a vintage Italian tshirt and it came exactly as pictured and recieved it rather quickly! I love the worn look and it's true to size. It is very comfy.I am very pleased with my purchase

Made purchase of 3 shirts 7/24/22 and was charged. Shirts were never sent. **** confirmed that a label was made, but a package was never set for delivery (apparently this is common). Have made multiple attempts to contact by phone and email to have the shirts sent, or get a refund. The 1 email response I finally received weeks later said the post office lost my package, and my order was canceled. No refund. Still trying to reach them. This is horrible customer service. I should not have to pay for no product. Even the tracking#still shows it hasn't been picked up from their facility. I feel I was scammed, and have contacted my credit card company to dispute. We responded to your email within a couple days, not weeks later as you have said. We mail out a bulk amount of packages at a time, so the **** does not scan them individually until they reach a processing center. Sometimes, the initial scans at those processing centers are also skipped, so it is not rare to see packages unscanned until they are delivered. In short, packages DO GET LOST as has happened with your order and there is no grand conspiracy. You requested the order to be cancelled, so we did. Cancelling = refunding. You are not paying for anything. Your refund is on the way if not received already.Review from Megan L

Great T-*************** I ordered this t-shirt for my husband for Fathers Day. I really didnt allow enough time for it to arrive by then but figured Id give it a go. The shirt arrived well ahead of time, in a matter of days. The quality is nice and the silk screened lettering looks terrific. I would definitely order from Chummy Tee again.
