Dear Sir ************* find dispute details below: - I parked my car (2009 Lexus RX 350) at *** ********************** parking lot on July 5 2022 from 14:52 to 15:29 (less than 40 minutes) - When I was exiting the garage with my guests in the car, the pay station at the exit asked me for a parking ticket as well as credit card (as usual). - Pay station did not display any dollar amount to be charged to the card, but the amount should have been $6 only.- my credit card was charged $144 instead of $6!- Pls see *** website for advertised parking rates: https://**************/passengers/parking/international-hourly; (also attached screen shot)- I have contacted *** Parking multiple times to resolve this issue as well as tried to dispute this charge thru my credit card. - *** Parking refused to admit the problem: not responding to my mail, email, nor phone calls.- Pls see parking ticket receipt attached: $144 dollars for 40 minutes of parking. - I do believe it's a fraud and complete ignorance to the customers !!!I appreciate your help in this matter. I would like this amount fraudulently taken from me to be refunded.Thank you!

In July this year, I parked two cars for 10 days. I am a ParkSFO Club Member and had a coupon for each car for 4 free days free parking with a 9 day stay. When I returned after the trip, I was charged the correct amount for one car and an incorrect amount for the second car. I was overcharged $55.10.I tried to point this error out to the clerk, but she could not figure out how to correct it, and got no help from the manager on duty. I told her I would pay it, but would dispute it later with management. As a result of my correspondence with management I was begrudgingly credited $39.90 (for the coupon), still leaving an amount of $15.20 due me. This was because I was charged a higher daily rate than agreed upon in my membership. The managers rationale was that they changed the rates in July. I had received no notice of this change, and was charged the correct amount on the other car. Now, this is by now means a big amount, but the whole way it was handled went against everything customer service is meant to represent. Any business of any value would have credited the $15.20 in the interest of customer service, given the circumstances. I tried one last time to get the credit, and advised that I would be posting my negative review, and complaining to Better Business Bureau, and was told that I was trying to blackmail them! So this is a classic case of how not to win satisfied customers! Needless to say, I will not be renewing my membership and will be looking elsewhere to park on future trips! I am looking for a refund of the $15.20 and an apology for the atrocious customer service.

We have attempted to resolve this issue on several ocassions with the claimaint.  The fact is that we are entitled to raise our rates after 7 years, and the fact that the claimant wasn't aware of this, is not relevant.  We posted signs in our lobby area and entry area for valet parkers; and we sent out emails to all of our club members.  ******** says she didn't see any of the signage or receive any emails.  Fine, even though our policy regarding the coupon use had changed, we honored it for her at her request and issued a refund.  ******** insisted on getting the difference of $15.20 or else she was going to put negative reviews on ************ sites and file a report with the BBB.  In the end, we offered the claimaint a refund of her remaining membership fee approximately $8.50, but again she said no, and continued to black mail us for what she wanted or else.  This type of behavior from any customer will not be tolerated.

    Kind regards,
