Vehicle was sold 'AS IS'. Vehicle was sold early *************************************** contact with customer to help with any issues. Customer called us 1 month after purchase indicating car was overheating. We drove to her gave her a loaner and took her car in and had all repairs done. Since then till October there was no issues, until customer blew the motor and asked if we can help her fix it. We told her to bring it in so our mechanic can diagnose the vehicle. Diagnosis came out that the vehicle needed a new engine. We sent her a work order and she said to give her a couple days to gather the funds for the repairs. Upon giving her the work order, every week the customer was notified by us requesting for updates. Finally after 1 month of waiting for her response. We told customer we will be charging storage if car is not picked up as we are not a parking lot. November 6th we notified her vehicle will be leaving our property. Mechanic placed the vehicle in storage as it was taking up space with no response. November 15th customer said she was coming to tow the vehicle. By then vehicle was already in storage and placed a lien on the vehicle for storage. Out of courtesy we told her instead of charging the full 2 months of storage we can charge her only 30 days, to which she responded " I can pay 900 now and the rest later" shortly after she hung up and contacted local authorities. The sheriff **** came by and we cleared everything out with them and gave them all the necessary information to indicate this vehicle is placed under a lien sale as the customer did not want to pay for storage.
