  ********* Towing towing my rv (my home) with alleged authorization from the cypress police department however everyone denies this andive seebn no such authoriation. The rv was not in violation of any codes or any staturoy guides that would result in towing, no posted signs. I've contacted ****** and he is rude and callous. I've also received alerts my devices are being used like my TABLET. My anti depressants and other detrimental items are in that rv like mine and my sons birth certificate. I've filed **** requests and asked for his insurance and bond information to file a claim, no response. My rvs value is at about 15k dollars. ******* has shown zero copliance with california laws and mandates and appears isn't in compliance with proper insurance, *** claims (as he claims they drive 1 mile a year) has some interesting name changes with the secretary of state and other interesting and quite curious business practices that may not be fully lawful. The towing of this rv was not lawful and absent consent which would make it theft

  On 7/26/22 this company entered my residence The ************************ in *******, ** and negligently towed ************************* Johnsons Dodge Challenger from the assigned parking space stating the license plate did not match the assigned spot. The tow truck driver entered a incorrect license plate into his system and had management agree to tow the car despite it being legally parked where it has been parked everyday since living at this residence. An estimated payment of 400 dollars was paid to receive the car back despite it not being illegally parked and removed from the residence without knowledge. The car was stolen by Russells Towing from the enclosed parking lot where residents live and I am concerned this will continue to happen to innocent people. As a police officer ****** completed payment for the car but is aware legal action can be pursued as this is negligent towing and honestly quite alarming to know that a person can be preyed on in the safety of their residence. Please review this companys yelp page and reach out to management as it appears this business is running scams on the surrounding cities and getting away with causing harm. The damage suffered totals an estimated $400 plus the grief of thinking the car was stolen on top of having to plead with this company to explain how a car legally parked at the residence in the ASSIGNED SPOT #*** can be towed legally. This is not legal this is negligent towing. I am requesting return of payment for the tow on 7/26/22 and I am attaching proof the driver ***** illegally towed the car claiming the license plate number is ******* but it is actually 8KHM725and I am attaching proof of the license plate and please see attached documents completed by Russells Towing indicating the INCORRECT license plate number used to towed the car illegally from the apartment complex. If simple payment of $400 is not returned this will be taken to small claims etc. and further legal action will be taken. Call7142209099
