            I bought a used chrysler pacifica 2017 From a fullerton dealership named american motors , after i took the car out the dealership to get home . I got the check engine light on and a noise from the engine . He told me to wait a month after fixing the car and they ve changed me the engine from the car and the car still have the same problems after that i called him and he told me that i need to wait a couple months so i can fix the car again . He send me to ******** dealership knowing that i pay for the labor without telling me that i will pay the labor remaining . I didnt pay my rent this month so i can pay the 1500$ to chrysler labor to fix my engine and transmision mounts , insulator that they didnt changed when they did the engine . ******** gave me a rental car for 5 days when i had the car in their shop a dodge charger 2023 w full gas tank . After ive returned the car back and i got to american motors to get a car he didnt wanted to give me a car to have . I begged him a couple days to give me a car and he gave me a destroyed 2005 car with engine , oil and transmission problem without gas in it . I recently got blocked from the dealership so i cant call them anymore because they want me to fix the car again and again and pay for the car that have problems since i bought it . The car from this day still have the same problems without anyone fixing it . I would like to get my money back 8000 that i gave it to him plus 1500 labor that i paid for ******** from my pocket and he knew i needed to pay out of pocket . When i bought the car he didnt told me that i can go with the car and check it with a mecanic . I would put all the files from the repairs shops because when they first changed the engine they change it on a small shop and then he send me to ******** so i can get money out of my pocket i want to return the car and get my money back because its impossible to pay for a car with the ***** problems .I have pictures w the car he gave And ck eng light noise

            we never had any customer in this name or phone number please ask for any paperwork for prof of Services or any purchase . or dismiss this bbb case.
