I brought my 2023 *** ******** in because of my car losing power. I brought it in THREE separate times. They were unable to find anything wrong and ***** the service manager said they were losing money trying to figure out whats wrong with my car and to take it somewhere else. When I said I didnt want the car back because it still was not working right they just had sales reach out to me every single day asking if I wanted to buy a new car instead of fixing the one I already have?!? I had to block Esmes number the sales *** that would not leave me alone about a new car. I ended up bringing it to Manteca *** and they actually took the time to figure out whats wrong! I do not recommend doing any kind of business with Stockton ***.***Their sales ***s also basically make you write positive reviews for them when signing for your car which is why their reviews are pretty high. I remember Esme wouldnt leave me alone until I posted a positive review about her when I bought my car. ***

In June of 2022, we purchased not one but two vehicles. As soon as our car arrived from overseas, our first red flag should have been when we were asked to return it because it was registered with the *** incorrectly. They had to keep the vehicle for a few days in order to figure things out, and it was a battle to obtain a loaner vehicle. In a few months, following the purchase of our brand-new vehicles, the breaks are squeaking, and the overheating light and message keep appearing. The vehicle does not display any codes, so there is nothing wrong with it. In spite of showing pictures and videos of the issue, there is still no code problem. We took the vehicle in twice for the same issue without resolving it. Our EV6 electric vehicle has been in the shop for two weeks. The car was taken in for a routine maintenance and two days later the battery no longer charges. It is pretty bad when you cannot even make it one town over and the battery on your still new car is dead. Once again, no code was popped by the car, so nothing is wrong. However, this vehicle is no longer drivable due to its inability to hold a charge. Previously, it had a range of 270 miles per charge, but now it has a range of 180 miles per charge, and after driving for 10 minutes, the battery has died, and the car informs you to find a charging station. As a result of refusing to pick up the car from the shop, they eventually concluded that there was an issue. We had an issue with our ******** four days ago, it refused to start, it wouldn't recognize our keys, all the lights in the car flashed, and the tires and steering wheel locked. If you open the hood and check the battery, the car will magically gain power and start. Naturally, this did not occur when taken in, so nothing is wrong! Yesterday, the car refused to start at all and had to be towed to *** for repair. There has been no success in reaching the general manager.

Vehicle purchase group are very shady and will try anything to ***** the buyer. Service is way overpriced and in many way incompetent. New owners staff are ruining the business.

The absolute worst service **** I have ever dealt with. I took my car in because the trunk would not open. They insisted on running a diagnostic at the cost of $190.00, even though I told them what was wrong and the trunk is completely manual (not electric at all, I can't open it without using the button on the trunk itself). The car also needed a computer update. I didn't even get out to the parking lot and a service needed indicated came up; I returned to the service **** and was told I had another recall issue. They ended up keeping the car overnight, and while they had the car, the battery died. I was told I need to replace it, they could do it for 300 plus or I could bring my own. We decided just to jump it and take it home. It is now working just fine. I should have checked the reviews before I went there. ****** Learned.

Worst dealership ever! We drove three hours after being told they were willing to negotiate a mark up to get close to the mark up at our local dealership. We get there to not only be told that the mark up was $6500 but added another $2k in unnecessary add-ins that were never disclosed. Not only that but were told they would actually negotiate because someone else called and were willing to drive down to purchase it. All during our drive, we were texting with the salesman. Had we known that they were not going to negotiate, we wouldnt have driven a total of 6 hours. This was 100% a bait and switch where the dealer was completely lacking integrity.

Stay as far away as you can from this dealership, since my first interaction its been nothing but headaches. I drove **************************************************** but were charging $5k over MSRP. I only agreed to do this extremely high markup price because the car would be arriving in 3 days. Once I got there, they discovered that they had already sold it! They convinced me to put a deposit on another car with the exact specs and price as the original one, but when we were negotiating, they tried to sneak in and force a $1.5k xzilon paint protection on to the selling price. I believe this 1.5k is fraud and they should be forced to advertise this price online as part of their **** up, but they are very greedy. When I talked to the manager, they managed to remove the 1.5k price and only charge me for the 5k markup. I agreed & signed a credit application and left a 1k deposit to hold on the car and they promised me that I could place a larger deposit and finance through my credit union when I would come in, in a few weeks to do the finance part. Fast forward to financing day, I get there early in the morning hoping to be a smooth process, it wasn't. They made me wait 1 hour for the finance manager to arrive. They finally bring me some quick contracts to resign and run my credit. Once they finally let me back to the finance office, I reiterated that I wanted to finance through my credit union and place a larger deposit, but they wouldn't allow me to. They tried to lie to me that my bank had a higher APR than theirs, but eventually they managed to run the credit application correctly this time, however running my credit twice in 1 day. Once they gave me the correct application to sign, I noticed they added in the 1.5k xzilon protection back in and said that the original contract I signed was fake and they could add it in just because. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL. Thank god I walked away and bought a Camry with $0 markup!
