    I placed an order with lensweet.com about 2 months ago, it took 3 weeks to receive my product. When I did I received several items I did not order as well as several duplicate boxes of the same contacts. I was charged for them all. I contacted lensweet as their return policy states that any unopened contacts in their original packaging can be returned. I have reached out several more times but with no response. Yes, the lenses were around 6 dollars a piece, but that adds up when you've been sent and charged for ************** that were not a part of your order. I also never received a receipt from the company. I also never subscribed to their newsletter? Or whatever they thanked me for subscribing to.

    Ordered ***** prescription color contacts from LENSWEETS Invoice ID: **************************. I received white ********* contacts and when I reported this to company they refused to help me resolve this issue. They never offered to exchange for something else, nor issued a refund. The contacts were blurry at the peripheral of my eyes and covered the outside of my pupil. They looked like costume contacts for halloween. The company suggested i wear a few days for my eyes to adjust to size of contacts rather than send me ***** contacts I paid for. I ordered via paypal and the company name was listed ****** not Lensweets. There is not any way to contact them via phone and they only reply to emails after disputing charges.

    Sorry for the problem. At the beginning, we hoped we can solve this problem by providing some free replacements. But you just want a refund, so finally we emailed you to let you return the items for a full refund, I've listed the return steps, but you still haven't replied to that email. Please check your email inbox and reply to our email, if you had already returned the order, please provide us with a tracking number, we will refund after receiving all the items you returned, thank you so much!
